Online shop has all info needed to make the purchase. However before renting it out, I blocked the space to physically check it out.
There only challenge I faced was that there was no person onsite where I wanted to rent. Upon calling I was directed to another place, where I received all info and in the end then the purchase online.
The second, it was not clear in the beginning that I need to set up the app. However after installation, everything was simple.

Smoothly from the beginning
Everything went smoothly from the beginning, easy website to book the storage with clear information and good price. Few days before moving they sent an email with all the info needed: how to pack your stuff, a map of the installations, how to download the app and the code you need to enter. And finally the day of moving everything went great, there are trolleys available to help you move your stuff, the app works perfectly and the storage are clean and conditioned. The next day after moving they even called me to check if everything went well and told me to call them back if I had any issue during the rent of the storage. Definitely a business to trust your belongings.
