The staff were very helpful and friendly. I went in without an appointment and wanted to find out how renting a storage unit work. The staff member took the time to tell me everything and take me around the storage facility step by step so I could see how it worked. I then rented a unit and its all gone very smoothly! Thank you.

the access app is a little buggy and keeps logging me out, and its inconvenient that theres no internet access in the building when we need the internet to log back in.
besides that, my experience has been really good. the storage unit is big enough and seems safe and secure so far, and i like that i can enter outside of office hours
