Dishonest- massive increase of price with no warning
I initially was very happy because I was able to get a great rate for my 9sqm unit and since we need this unit for the next 2 years it was important to me.
6 months in, now that I am abroad and unable to do anything about it, I received an email telling me that nezt month the price is changing and they applied a 25% increase. This is huge and totally unexpected.
I find it unacceptable and dishonest to agree on a price and out of nowhere change it especially for such a massive increase.

Efficient and friendly…
We have just rented a unit in shurgard villeneuve Loubet . We dealt with Caroline who I have to say was super efficient informative and friendly. Makes for a nice experience when someone like Caroline is helpful and friendly.. would definitely recommend this place to friends (should they ever need storage space ).
