Good, but closes way too early
Good prices (although apparently not significantly better than those of Belgian providers), excellent service from the local staff, and a very smooth overall experience. The staff were also able to assist in English, which is particularly appreciated and unfortunately still quite rare in Wallonia. The process for entering and exiting the facility is fully automated and worked without any issues during my visits. Large carts are provided to make loading and unloading easier, which makes dropping off or retrieving storage boxes relatively painless.
The requirement to purchase a lock was a bit surprising at first, but understandable, and it can be reused afterwards. Temperature and humidity control also seem to work very well, as everything was in perfect condition when I retrieved my belongings.
That said, the opening hours for what is essentially a fully automated facility are extremely restrictive. I understand that these limits were likely introduced for security reasons, but closing at 21:00 feels unnecessarily early.
Many customers use storage units during house moves. If you have a typical 9–5 job and a normal-sized car, the current schedule effectively limits you to one trip per weekday. Worse, it forces those trips to take place during peak traffic hours, which significantly increases both travel time and stress.
For this reason, I would strongly recommend extending the opening hours to at least midnight. Given that the facility is largely automated and does not require continuous on-site staff, longer access hours would seem feasible and would make the service far more practical for residential customers.
Additionally, the lack of toilets was frustrating. This can be inconvenient for customers traveling from farther away and does not take into account people with medical conditions or disabilities that require more frequent access to restroom facilities.
Overall, the service itself is well organized and efficient. However, for residential customers with standard working hours, the limited opening hours make it much less suitable for situations such as moving house.
