Efficient, no hassle, service

My experience with this service was very disappointing. They offered a promotional period at first, but the next day I was billed the full amount without clear communication. The customer service, especially from a representative named Amy, felt unfriendly and unhelpful. I recommend being careful before signing up.

I was able to book my storage online, completely hasle free. The customer service afterwards was excellent. No hassle, no fuss, very much straight forward.

Excellent, quick service when I needed emergency storage. They really have thought of everything. The office staff are accommodating, Prices are great for the peace of mind that I have whilst waiting for my new property to complete.

I was well received by the receptionist and he politely showed me around and the whole environment was very clean.

Every year it feels the same as I first came to this place. The people there are quite friendly and their service does wonders.

Website quoted prices for their storage units rather than having to provide an email for a quote like other companies. Booking on-line was easy. Value for money. After booking, the emails to confirm the booking and terms and conditions were clear and concise. On visiting the storage unit the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and tidy. There are trolleys’s for customers use. Would highly recommend.

Staff were very helpful

The actual move was straightforward, no issues to speak of but everything went well. The 5 stars are really for Amy who went out of her way to get approval for the move even though I couldn't upload my passport on the online system. For this "above and beyond" I am rating it 5 stars. Thanks Amy and also your boss in Wolverhampton!

Shout out to Amy at Shurgard (Wolverhampton), who came up with a competitive £quote for Storage and patiently escorted me round the premises to find the perfect unit. Added to the fact that the staff are all very friendly and approachable and seem to genuinely care about their
relationship with the customers, and they're (very) transparent on potential future prices, I would definitely recommend checking them out for your storage requirements.
