They are the rudest, unfriendliest and laziest people working in a storage company I have ever come across and I’m talking about the Woolwich branch of Shurgard. Never again with this storage company

So nearly great
Staff are awesome, but automated instructions and tech could be better. ID checking app didn't work so I had to visit in person, which was fine but I got reminders daily because they couldn't be stopped. The instructions for first use we're confusing as it wasn't clear the red lock needed to be taken out by a member of staff and I'd sent movers there first. I didn't get an app token number and it wasn't on my invoices. When I tried to set the app up it was convinced I only had the choice of Belgian cities but I'm in London. This happened a couple of times. Turns out you have to login as a guest with your door code. Would be great if it said that! They're all such simple fixes I think - it's all just rewording the emails so they make sense. Could all be fixed in an afternoon shurgard.
