Poor Craftsmanship and No Accountability
We ordered a custom wedding dress (Raag) for 240,000 PKR (approximately 750 EUR). The seller promised a customized design within one month, but the dress took almost two months to arrive. When we finally received it, we were shocked by the poor quality. The embroidery is crooked and asymmetrical, patterns are misaligned, threads are sticking out, and beads and sequins started falling off immediately upon unpacking. The stitching and finishing are rough, and several embellishments were already detached upon arrival. It is difficult to understand how such pathetical workmanship passed quality control!
Despite the obvious defects, the shop refused to take any responsibility or provide fair compensation. They started to ignore us. This experience completely disrupted all our wedding plans. They are far from being the "luxury boutique" they promote themselves as. Avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS!
