Just had cafe style shutters fitted in my bay window and super happy with them! They arrived faster than I had expected and super reasonable price when compared with the big names. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I ordered shutters for the two front, upstairs bedrooms, last year as they’re south facing and unbearably warm in summer.
I called around and spoke to Mark, who immediately put me at ease, he came over, measured, explained all the choices. The quote was so reasonable, and the shutters so well made, I ordered and paid a deposit.
They are made to measure and shipped, so the delivery time was approximately 12 weeks, exactly as Mark promised. He fitted them just a couple of days later.
I was so impressed with the fit, quality and look of them, that I ordered two for the downstairs bay windows. I was sceptical they would look as good as regular windows, but I couldn’t have been more wrong, they are simply beautiful.
Needless to say we now have them on all the windows, he has just put them in on the back of the house.
I’m so pleased with them, they change the whole look of a room, it looks more polished and they don’t make rooms dark either, rather the light is reflected into the room, off the face of the slats, which gives a beautiful light to all the rooms.
Be guided by Mark, he knows what he’s talking about, he led me to exactly the right shutter, and I couldn’t be happier, as they are so easy to use, durable, with no maintenance, other than a flick of the duster, or wipe with a damp cloth.

We're really pleased to have chosen Shutterchoice. The initial appointment was smooth and Mark clearly explained our options and helped us choose what would work best in our rooms. There was no push to complete the sale. Shutterchoice's prices and lead times were very competitive. We've just had 4 tier-on-tier shutters installed today (took just over 3 hours) and we're over the moon with them - they feel really sturdy and of superb quality. So much better than we had expected!

The time before the shutter fitting date below was at least as important as that date because that includes the choosing, ordering and measuring up. Mark does all the various stages himself. We were particularly impressed with his understanding of what we were trying to do and his technical ability to solve what might have been a show stopper, namely two metal posts near the front corners of the space being used. It was a pleasant surprise that the shutters arrived a bit early and now we have been using them for a couple of weeks we can say they meet our requirements and expectations. A very good and clean job.

From start to finish it was amazing. Great product, great customer service, honest advice and good value for money. I recommend 100%.
