Lynn and Steve from Shuttercraft have done all the blinds and shutters for the windows of my house. They brought a wide selection of finishes and demonstration pieces on the initial consultation, which really helped visual the end result. The workmanship was second to none and the blinds and shutters that they fitted are of a lovely quality. Very accommodating, very professional and very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

The shutters have gone in well. Unfortunately there is a problem with one slat which will take yet another three months to arrive from China

We have had Shuttercraft to install their shutters on most of our windows. They look great, and they keep the rooms cool in the summer and keep the warmth in the bungalow . All our say how good they look, and our next door neighbour is moving to a new home and she is going to give Shuttercraft a call.

From start to finish I received excellent service. Steve who attended the survey appointment was very professional / knowledgable. In addition the quote was very competitive. When it came to the installation day the fitters were prompt, professional and very tidy. The shutters look great and are excellent quality.

Very good service, prompt and efficient. The blinds fit well and I like the fact that I can raise them easily by gently pushing them up with my fingers so not needing cords dangling around though having to twist them to open or shut is rather time consuming.

The whole process was easy and when Steve went through the options there are plenty of choices. The quote was provided in a prompt manner and although the wait for delivery was longer than promised, this wasn’t Lynn and Steve’s fault, it was a shipping issue. The installers were also very respectful and professional and the shutters are fabulous and very good quality, and worth the wait.

Would definitely recommend Shuttercraft. Everything arrived around the dates suggested and although the fitter couldn’t do the work due to illness on the day it was scheduled for, Steve came to our rescue and fitted them all himself. Excellent job!

Our order for plantation shutters was completed a little ahead of expectations. Options at order time were very well explained and the shutters were installed exactly as expected.
We are really happy with the result, they really lift the rooms very much as expected (we are returning customers to Shuttercraft all be it on a different property and area so had some expectations which were well met).
We will be back for more.

The whole process from the first phone call to measuring for a quote, advice on options and final fitting was seamless. Our situation was more complicated due to the fact we did all this, until installation day, remotely. Lynn was really helpful and sensible about what would work best for us in each room and it is refreshing to find a business that doesn't try to upsell. Steve was quick and efficient and really helpful on installation day and we are really pleased with the results. We are so glad we chose a local, famiy run business.

Product is fine but on some windows the shutters are poorly fitted the fitters altered one of the shutters and apparently that voids my warranty how I’m not sure. Waiting on customer care to come back to me.

Excellent shutters and well worth the wait. They fit perfectly and look lovely.

It might be on the expensive side but that's what you pay for when you have the quality and service at shuttercraft.
Lynn sorted out all the logistics on the email and was very organised and prompt with any questions or issues that I had.
Steve was very nice and informative when he came around to look at what I wanted and to measure up the blinds.
On this occasion I was not in to see them being installed but when I got home they were done to a very nice standard and everything was put back to where I left it.
Overall a very good job done and I would recommend to further customers.
