Had a very good on site meeting to look at the windows and discuss the different options for sizes, types etc.
Very reasonable cost for the quality. They even offered to put up some temporary blinds whilst ours were being manufactured.
When it came to fitting these was very efficient.
Very please with the result and already had several people asking where we got our shutters from.

I really love my new shutters they look stunning. Definitely would recommend having them. They block out so much light and look amazing from inside and outside the house when they fit them they do an excellent job leaving no mess.

Efficient Friendly installer, very pleased with the result

I had cafe style shutters fitted in my flat. The initial home visit really helped me decide on the type and colour of the shutters. After the visit they gave me time to consider my purchase without feeling pressurised. Steve measured everything very carefully so the fitting went smoothly. Everyone was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

My experience with Shuttercraft was highly professional and efficient from start to finish. Steve arrived to quote for shutters on 2 windows. There was no hard sell, my questions were fully answered and advice given, the shutters were of a high quality and the price was very acceptable to me. My confidence in Shuttercraft from that initial meeting was high, I placed my order and my confidence was further renewed by Andy who fitted the shutters. He arrived on time and did a great job of fitting them in my uneven cottage windows. Very happy with the conservatory roof blinds we’ve just had installed. Very friendly, professional service from start to finish. The blinds are really lovely and just the same as the samples we were shown. Would definitely recommend and use Shuttercraft again.

From the first contact we made with Shuttercraft team we were impressed with their communication and professionalism. The face to face assessment in our home went well, the sample range of products was good and we ordered our shutter wardrobe doors, despite having been made aware that there was likely to be a 12 week wait, as we appreciated the approach and the quality of the products. It was indeed 12 weeks later that we were contacted by Shutterceaft and a date of our choice was arranged for fitting.
The fitter was on time, friendly and professional and he cracked on with the job doing an excellent job in a timely fashion
The doors look fantastic, superb quality, the colour match perfect and we love them.
Oh and the fitter liked our British Shorthair cat Humphrey - always a bonus

The initial quotation visit was spot on with helpful suggestions. The delivery time was as forecast and the fitted shutters are very satisfactory. 4 stars given because of lack of clarity regarding the discount; consistent info would have been appreciated.
