Fantastic service from the initial visit to the fitting of my bay shutters. Jim was exceptionally helpful & explained everything. Clean, tidy workmanship. Would score higher if I could. I am so delighted with my shutters & will definitely be ordering again.

I contacted 3 different companies and the difference in price range was huge. Shuttercraft were 50% cheaper than one and 30% than the next competitor. They came when they said they would on time and informative and on installation provided a world class customer service. I am delighted with the product and installation and couldn’t recommend Jim and Logan highly enough.

this was my second order from shuttercraft and i can say there customer service remains 5star. Jim arrived on time and again made sure the shutters were fitted and the room cleaned after wards. If i had more windows i would definitely get shutters from Jim.

Shuttercraft supplied a Great Service, no hard sell, clear on price, kept up to date with delivery date. Supplied and fitted our shutters on agreed date with no issues.

This is my second set of Shutters and again Jim did a wonderful job. The shutters are very good quality and easy to operate. Cleaning is so much better than Venetian Blinds. They do keep the heat in and I have noticed a reduction in my fuel bill since I installed the first shutters in November last year. I highly recommend this company.

Yesterday I had new shutters fitted to my two bay-windowed front rooms by Jim Shaw of Shuttercraft - Glasgow West. Jim was professional from the very start and he delivered on every promise. The job is first class, the product is excellent and as described and the installation was hassle free. I have no problems in recommending Shuttercraft to anybody interested.

After submitting an online enquiry for an indication of the cost of shutters for my living room, I received a prompt response from Simon with a very competitive price (I’d had other quotes) who came to my home to ensure specific measurements. Simon was chatty, friendly and down to earth and I appreciated the visit being only a few days after the my initial enquiry. I was happy to place the order during Simon’s visit, paid the 50% deposit and was advised I would have the shutters within 9-12 weeks, possibly less: the initial visit was in June 2024.
I emailed in October 2024 to establish when I should expect installation and was advised there looked to have been a delay and it would likely be a few weeks still.
My shutters were fitted by Jim this week and look amazing, Jim finished everything off well.
I understand delays can be inevitable, and I can’t fault the friendliness and workmanship of both Jim and Simon, but feel I am unable to rate as 5 stars due to the lack of transparency/updates regarding installation, the significant delay I experienced, which I had to initiate.
Overall, the shutters have really transformed my living room, let in so much light, and I can even notice less coldness around the window areas, which is appreciated in the current minus temperatures.

I have no reservations about recommending Jim at Shuttercraft. From the initial visit to survey the window and the final fitting of the shutter, he was informative and professional at all times. I’m very happy with the shutter. It has given our bathroom a modern feel and as a bonus the more diffuse lighting has improved the look of the floor.
