Firstly I would like to thank Jim who from start to finish was a credit to the company. From the first day when Jim arrived to explain in detail the process and timescale there was no doubt that we were going ahead with this purchase. His product knowledge was second to none. I would recommend Shuttercraft to all my friends and family and if there is anyone who is in doubt or is having second thoughts, i would gladly let them come to my house and see the finished product for themselves. Great experience from start to finish , Thank you Jim.

My cafe blinds were installed in late October and, in a way, I have been remiss by not providing my review earlier.

However, I can say now, after nearly 3 months of light/normal wear and tear (and some heavier duty wear and tear from the grandkids and dogs over Xmas), the blinds are still in immaculate condition and I am as happy today as I was the day they were installed.

Jim was an absolute delight to work with and was happy to change the colour from white to silk white at the last minute of ordering. The shutters were a little delayed from the delivery estimate originally given, but were still installed within the timeframe originally discussed at the first meeting, and Jim was very communicative at all times about the status of my order.

I have had nothing but positive comments on my new cafe shutters, and they have certainly achieved my objective to add interest to my Victorian front room whilst focussing the eye away from the not very attractive view through the window. The other bonus is they don't impinge on any daylight as they are half-height.

All in all, I am delighted, and would absolutely not hesitate to go straight back to Jim if I wanted more shutters installed. Thank you very much for an excellent job all round.

In fairness to other businesses I won't name them but I had two other shutter company's come out to discuss with work with me and both ended up appearing really amateurish after my meeting with Jim from Shuttercraft. Jim disccussed every aspect the work with me making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and was able to build me a picture in my mind of exactly how everything would look. Jim was extremely professional to the point that if the qoute had been more expensive than the other ones I would have still gone with shuttercraft however it ended up also being the cheapest qoute.

The work was carried out quickly and to the exact standard Jim had promised and it was noted the guys even brought cleaning equipment to clean up my house after themselves again showing the professionalism of the team.

Delighted with the work and already making plans to have shuttercraft back for more parts of the house.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and his team, theyprovided an excellent service keeping me updated along the way. The shutters have only been in a day but look fantastic and really finish off the rooms. Fitting was quick and they were very neat and tidy clearing up after all work done. Big thanks

I cannot say it was plain sailing in getting our shutters fitted, as there were a few errors made that prolonged the timeframe. But I must say that at every point, both Jim & Simon, held up their hands and apologised for the inconvenience caused. The finished product was what was important, and I must say my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the way they have turned out. The shutters are very modern looking and of great quality. They add the finished look to our home that we were hoping for. Even after delays, I must applaud Jim for his skill and professionalism, they turned up on time carried out their work, tidied up after themselves. It's obvious the pride they take in their work. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Jim & Simon.

Absolutely delighted with our new shutters. Friendly, professional service from Simon and Jim. We had shutters fitted on our French doors and bay window. They provided expert guidance on what would work and look best. I live next to a train line and have noticed a reduction in the noise from this too.

Simon and Jim recently installed our bedpoke shutters. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the end product. I also have a 10 year warranty for peace of mind.

Jim surveyed our property, explained all our options without hard-sell. Refreshingly honest and practical sales. My order arrived ahead of schedule but we booked install at a time that suited me.

Install service was fantastic. Quality shutters, great workmanship and very tidy. Even hoovered behind themselves. The four windows have never looked so good.

Jim and Simon did an amazing job. From the initial survey they offered advice and solutions (and not necessarily the most expensive option) which gave us confidence in that they weren’t always trying to upswell.
The actual installation (full home) was seemless and professional. All drill holes were filled in and sorted and they tidied as they went (even got the hoover out). I’ve had Hilary’s before and there is no comparison. I highly recommend Jim and Simon and Shuttercraft.
