Our experience has been exemplary. When our windows were measured, we were told delivery would be after Christmas. To our surprise, our installation was arranged for 12th December. Paul arrived on time and carried out a neat and efficient job. All round, a great company.
Shocking company Hazel Grove Stockport - measured - were coming to finalise and then said too busy to bother on the morning after i had taken time off - DO NOT USE!!! Only interested if haven't hit a bigger order i presume!!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We genuinely have no record of a John J on our system and so believe you may have reviewed the wrong company. We have admittedly had to 'politely pass' on a couple of potential orders this week due to time constraints, travel distances and a key member of our small team being unexpectedly off work. Our customers are important to us as you can see from our other reviews but we occasionally (and reluctantly) have to turn down work such is life.
I asked for items to be made ready very promptly for an urgent repair. The staff went out of their way to complete my order in double quick time. I am grateful to Sharon at New Milton and her colleagues for a first class service. Thank you.
