Excellent service from Lee and the team. Everyone we dealt with delivered great service and was very helpful. Small fitting issue immediately investigated and resolved. Very happy with the finished, fitted shutters. Love the look it has added to our bay window and the flexibility of light. No hesitation to recommend.

Can’t praise Shutters By Design(Nantwich) highly enough. From the first phone call with Clairwyn through the site visit with Lee to the final installation by their Engineer, the whole experience was seamless. The shutters arrived within the timeframe given and were expertly fitted with no mess or disruption, at a very reasonable price.
We will definitely be using Shutters By Design again and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The fitter was very good. Very clean and tidy. Even took away my old blinds. Can't fault anything. I am very happy with my new shutters and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Our latest addition to shutters was for our conservatory. As always the service was kind and efficient. The fitting was straightforward and completed in a relatively short time and at the agreed time. The biggest immediate change we noted was that the conservatory is warmer in the colder weather which has a knock on effect in the house of making it warmer too, guessing that it also reduces the energy bill. Our neighbours are impressed and looking at acquiring some before long.

From the minute I walked into the Shutters By Design showroom I was impressed by the friendly atmosphere and professionalisation of the staff, they helped us choose the right Shutters for our house. When the Shutters arrived we arranged a date for them to be fitted and the fitters arrived on time and we're friendly and very professional and soon had them fitted to a very high standard and I'm over the moon with the finish. I would recommend Shutters By Design without hesitation, well done guys. And chocolates were a lovely touch my wife really enjoyed them ☺️

Very professional service, Lee explained everything left me a booklet to look through I told him about by my bad experience with a previous company and he made me feel confident and comfortable again, the fitter's were amazing and cleaned up after them also you get a small box containing chocolate'sand a cleaning cloth a lovely touch,so pleased with my shutter's and the quality on my bi folding door's changed the room completely, the ladies I spoke to on the phone are very pleasant 😊 highly recommend this company

Perfect service with lovely new shutters fitted downstairs and upstairs. Really tidy and clean fitting taking care of the home, very much appreciate. Shutters look great and really add to our home.

From first point of contact it couldn’t been any easier. I enquired via email and was responded to promptly. Brilliant service. Really happy with the shutters and they have completed the room. Would use Shutters by Design again.

I had shutters fitted to seven windows and one blind fitted. I cannot fault the company in any way whatsoever. The service has been first class from the minute I first entered the shop. The staff were lovely the quality of the products and workmanship first class. The fitters treated my home with so much respect even bringing slippers so as not to mark my carpets! This is the best company I have used for any work in years. I am thoroughly delighted and would recommend this company to anyone.

A faultless experience, from start to finish, can highly recommend this company. There was no hard sell. The product is excellent value for money and looks very stylish. We were accurately informed of the expected delivery date. The fitters were very polite, turning up promptly and cleaned up as they worked, taking all packaging away with them.
