Jamie Anderson is a con man. I think he has closed this company done now to set up another equally as dodgy scam. If you want shutters in the Sussex area…. Check they are not associated with Jamie Anderson or Claudine as they will rip you off
Do not use. I am still waiting on my automated bedroom blind to be set up so it works properly after over 2 years! Loads of delays, excuses, unreliable getting back to me and not doing what they promise to do. Jamie is a nice enough guy but I do not have what I have paid for. They have stopped responding to any of my phone calls or messages or emails. I even have Jamies personal mobile and have left numerous messages. I really cannot recommend them.

Lost our £1,400 deposit, with no blinds arriving. Numerous lies provided, then ignored contact. Looking on Facebook etc many customers in the same position having lost their money and no blinds arriving.
We had the misfortune to do business with this company, DO NOT use them. After measuring up for plantation shutters and being given a price which was reasonable we were told our shutters would arrive within 14 to 16 weeks and paid a 60 percent deposit via PayPal (only PayPal or bank transfer accepted). After about 5 weeks we received a message saying our shutters were made and ready to be shipped. We received no other communication. After about 15 weeks, we enquired what was happening with our order and were told that there was a delay due to issues in the Suez canal and we would be given an update in 3 weeks. We received no update. We chased them again, only to be told our shutters still weren't here and again no date given for arrival. After still having no update or communication as promised, we claimed through PayPal a refund and after 10 days was given a full refund of our deposit.
Jamie the manager/owner contacted us after our refund, asking if we would still have the shutters but again could still not give a firm date but said perhaps another 6 to 7 weeks! To which I said, no thanks.
Check Yelp as there are countless people in the same situation, we were lucky we paid via PayPal.
