I am absolutely livid with the service…

I am absolutely livid with the service I received. The entire reason I booked with your company was the guarantee of a minivan, not an SUV. So, when the driver showed up in a Hyundai Tucson, I was beyond furious. There was nowhere near enough room, despite having clearly communicated the amount of luggage and the presence of a wheelchair the night before.
The driver's so-called solution? He recklessly tried to force the bags to fit, breaking two in the process. He then had the nerve to make the person in the passenger seat hold a bag between their legs and violently slammed the door shut, injuring their legs. To add insult to injury, he piled luggage on top of the people in the back, including the disabled person, making their situation not only excruciatingly painful but also utterly humiliating.
This was after texting the incorrect pick-up time the night before and demanding to move the collection 30 minutes earlier. He then had the audacity to be 10 minutes late, and his communication was nothing but grunts and hostile glares. And yet, he still had the gall to stand around expecting a tip afterward.

You need to drastically improve, especially in how you treat your disabled customers. This experience was not just unacceptable, it was infuriating and disgraceful.

UPDATE

I contacted Shuttlecentral regarding this issue, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises of updates that never materialized, they eventually claimed that the problem was my fault due to having too much luggage. This was blatantly untrue, as I had exactly the amount I had informed them about. When I challenged them on this and the driver's behavior, they stopped responding altogether. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.

They are horrible

They are horrible. The driver never showed up and I had to pay for my own transportation to the airport to not be stranded in Jamaica. I asked for a refund and they are saying the driver said he was there. Do not trust them

Horrible!!!!!

Horrible!!!!!! We were met at the airport only to be told the car had been out of service. They made us pay for our own taxi to our hotel ($90 extra) they told me I would be refunded the original amount I paid. I have not been contacted as of yet. Its been 3 weeks.
