On time. No issues once I found the car.

While it was easy to book online and we knew the cost, we had to continually message our driver to ask where he was. We were not picked up until 50 minutes after to supposed pick up time. He kept blaming traffic - yet one the highway there was no traffic to be seen. As a result we did not book a return trip to the airport as we felt this was unreliable

Great price! Good service! Right on time! Went out of their way to deliver us to the airport!

If I could give no stars I would. I made and paid for a reservation months ahead of time. The day before my pickup, they sent me a confirmation email. The day of my pickup, they left me stranded!! No one showed up!! They also will not answer the phone or call you back! I disputed the charge!! Don't use shuttlefinder!!

It can be challenging to change a reservation easily. Also, I have never received any email confirmation of my bookings. Even after going to the website and trying to get a copy of my booking, it never appears in my email (no, it's not even in spam!)

Poor communication no phone call no texts to tell us where he was when we landed at Miami airport would not recommend have emailed them the phone number given didn't connect and no reply from email

Becareful if your trying to cancel. They make it difficult. Ive tried to cancel online like they recommend but the system doesnt even recognize your confirmation ID. Then to contact the company the hours are limited. If your flight is delayed you can't adjust pick up time. You wont get a fast response via email. Sucks.

My driver was great. On time ,very helpful and look forward to using him again. He is a asset to your company.

No shuttle showed up. I received a confirmation email the night before. I was outside early and waited 20 minutes late before I scrambled to find another ride. I called all the phones numbers, including the emergency one. I received no answer and this number has been changed responses. I emailed, several different emails, they all bounced back. Saturday I used an email that looks like I just need info for booking, it states it is open 7am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Monday I received an email that says give us 72 hours. It is Wednesday, still no response. I have been trying to contact someone for a week and a half. FYI They charge your card the day you book the shuttle.

Always used ShuttleFinder when we travel out of state & great drivers & plenty room to sit in clean car & plenty room for our luggages.

I was unable to take my holiday due to injury..Was unable to cancel bookings.

I arranged transportation for eight passengers using two vehicles. One vehicle arrived on time, while the second experienced approximately a 15-minute delay. Despite the late arrival, the driver, Alfredo, was exceptionally courteous and professional. He provided timely status updates via text, including messages such as “10 minutes,” “6 minutes,” and “Just arrived,” which helped us stay informed. His communication and customer service were excellent and greatly appreciated. Will use ShuttleFinder again!
