I do not recommend this company

My experience with this company was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I originally booked a trip for one person but later needed to modify the reservation for two. I reached out via email a full 24 hours in advance, only to be told the change wasn’t possible. When I called, I was kept waiting far too long before finally speaking to someone—who then informed me the change was, in fact, allowed. This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable.

On the day of the trip, the situation became even more stressful. My ride didn’t arrive on time. I attempted to contact the driver using the number provided, but it turned out to be a Chinese phone line, and the message I received was entirely in Chinese, making it completely inaccessible to me. This lack of usable contact information is a serious failure, especially during a time-sensitive situation.

I also called your customer service line, where the representative was unable to locate the driver and told me to take a taxi—during rush hour, in the rain, in Times Square. That is not a solution; that is a complete disregard for the service I paid for.

Eventually, the driver appeared 20 minutes late, and I was asked to pay him cash for a tunnel toll he claimed would save time. This charge was never mentioned in advance and should have been included or at least communicated clearly.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The experience was chaotic, the customer support was ineffective, and I was left to figure things out on my own at the last minute. For a service that should make travel easier, this did nothing but create stress and uncertainty.

First time user. Good communication with driver. Got to airport stress-free. Followed pick-up instructions on return and enjoyed a stress-free trip home. I am happy with the service.

Service was easy to set up

Service was easy to set up. Price was good. We were picked up at the correct time. Our driver, Thiago, was fabulous! He kept us updated on times and where to meet. Very personable and friendly. Easy to talk to. Car was clean and nice. He got us from the airport to our hotel quickly. We hoped to get him on our return trip to the airport and we did. Would definitely use this service again.

shuttle service from Rockford to Midway

I recently used the shuttle service from Rockford, Illinois to Midway Airport. I was very pleased with the service. The driver was punctual and arrived on time as scheduled. The driver was courteous, and there were no issues with my ride. The inside of the vehicle was very clean and I was treated like a VIP. I will likely use the service and I highly recommend it. It’s worth the cost and it’s very convenient.

Shuttle to Airport

My driver alerted me to arrival time and had tracking. Acacia was right on time, had a beautiful, comfortable car well-stocked with waters, chocolates and various other sundries. His car had a tablet to watch the route. He was very friendly. Enjoyed my ride.

Prompt and Friendly

I had a great experience with ShuttleFinder. Once I scheduoed the ride, I was contacted by text with info on the driver and directions on how to interact with the driver. The driver picked me up promptly, his vehicle eas clean.

Great price

Great price. Driver did a fabulous job. Our flight was delayed by about 4 hours, yet we stayed in touch with text messages. He picked us up shortly after we obtained our luggage. I have used this service several times now and recommend them highly.
