Would also prefer to give 0 stars. Same stories as below--put in order mid August. Got a response ~1 week later with the mockup (slow but given covid, fine). 2 weeks after this still haven't gotten a "in the mail" notification. Sean doesn't respond to multiple emails, including one requesting he just cancel the order. I finally report to my credit card last Friday and "magically" today the order is "being shipped". Doubtful they're actually being shipped and even more doubtful the quality will be any good. Do not use

Just like others I would have preferred to give zero stars. Placed order for a shirt. Uploaded pic, they responded with acknowledgement and since about a month ago sent at least 6 emails. I will be filing complaint that along credit card request for refund and vclaim. Just a disappointment

Ordered socks on May 26 and received an email acknowledging my order the next day. The website says orders shipped in 3 business days.
I asked by email if the seller had an expected ship date on june 3rd and did not receive a response.
On June 11, I filed a complaint with Shopify (which essentially told me "too bad") and that very same day, received an email from the shop telling me they were sorry, he works by himself and is just swamped, but he would issue me a refund.
On june 25, I still hadn't received a refund and emailed the shop asking when I could expect my refund. Didnt get a response
On July 6, I emailed shopify again and was told again "too bad" contact your card issuer
On July 7th, I called my bank and filed a dispute
MAGICALLY, TODAY, JULY 8TH i got a notification my package from this scam artist had been shipped. What a COINCIDENCE.

I'm not sure if ill ever get the damn socks, but this guy is a real piece of work, and apparently only does just enough to avoid having to actually provide the products people order, or give them their money back

Wow! I wish I would have read all of these reviews before I attempted to buy a custom blanket from Customizedpets.com a.k.a. “Sean N with Shweeet, LLC.” I had the same experience as the other people and never received what I paid for. I didn’t even receive an updated mockup, and all of my emails went ignored. When I finally decided it was best to cancel the order, Sean N. FINALLY replied and said, “ Hi, I was going To refund you.” Yet he never refunded my money, and I asked him for an update or any kind of feedback he ignored me.

Not sure what’s going on with this e-commerce company, but do not waste our time or money. Go to a more reputable company instead.

He doesn't deserve any stars at all. He is running a scam. I purchased my socks almost 2 months ago he hasn't sent nothing nor given my money back. I contacted the better business bureau he has ignored them. Don't not buy from him. It's a fake business

It has been a month now, and aside from the nice “thank you for your order” email I recieved from “Sean”, I have yet to hear back after having sent several emails inquiring about order status and then asking for a refund. My acct was charged. I have yet to recieve order.

It’s a scam. Ordered socks 3 months ago and Sean never responded to emails. My order still says “confirmed” - filed a complaint with my CC company and it seems they got a response from the merchant so this should be interesting. Funny they will respond to a bank when they’re threatening to take away their money. This company is a SCAM - please use someone else!!!

I ordered a pair of socks and then recommended this company to my sister. Her order was sent to the wrong address and we’ve emailed Sean about 5 times with no reply. Really disappointing. How can you only post one customer contact and then literally ignore people who paid for your product?

After reading the reviews on here, I was sure after ordering that I’d been scammed, but the socks were sent within a week and arrived well before the holidays, and they’re reasonable quality, so I’m satisfied!

I had a really great experience working with Sean from Shweet. I researched several websites when I decided I wanted to get some socks printed with a pet on them (a gag gift for my brother). I chose Shweet because the website had a place to type in instructions for how I wanted them printed (surprisingly, most other sites didn't offer this at all), so I felt more confident that they would turn out well. Sean was very quick to get back to me via email with a mock-up design that I approved. The socks looked great when they arrived - vibrant colors and clear printing. I will definitely use Shweet again!

My experience was great. I ordered through Etsy, and Sean was responsive and efficient. He reached out within a few days of receiving my order, and was easy to reach. He also sent me a mock up and made sure I was pleased before proceeding to make my socks. I had a bad experience with another seller before I found Sean, and was relieved to find that he was trustworthy and efficient. The quality was also much better than this other seller (very popular Etsy seller who does not deserve her 5 stars on Etsy). 100% recommend!

Love the socks! I purchased as a gift for my cousin and she loves them. They arrived on time and Sean helped me pick the best picture for the socks and was very responsive to my questions throughout the process.

The socks I ordered are great quality socks. The pictures are perfectly clear and exactly like pictured online. Shipping was prompt and my delivery came earlier than expected. Will definitely be ordering again!

Got customized socks as a gift last year, they were a hit!

I ordered custom socks for my adult son of his cat when he was an adorable kitten, and gave them to him for Christmas last year and he Loved them!! He is so hard to buy for and it was perfect. I sent the picture and got them in plenty of time for the Holidays. I definitely recommend and will order again from here!

Purchased socks with my friend's cat on them and they were adorable! My friend absolutely loved them!!! I'm ordering socks with my dog on them and 2 mugs with her picture too. Great merchandise & you get to preview your order to make sure you like it, which I think is so important. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had a great transaction. I ordered a custom tank and had it within 2 weeks. Very well made. 15 of my friends decided ti order, too and had great experiences. Will order from Sean again
