vertsxzim Had Really fast support

I had problems right after I bought the cheat. I never got a confirmation email with the link to the private Discord server, and the cheat wouldn’t inject. I messaged a staff member since support isn’t available in the public server, but he replied, “Not my problem, don’t DM staff,” and then blocked me.

I eventually got into the private server, but the support there was very slow. When I finally got a response, the cheat still didn’t work. I told them it wasn’t working, and they just closed the ticket. My key expired before I was able to use the cheat at all.

no one is active when you make a support ticket to get help , it’s annoying especially when you paid money for a service & can’t use it because you need support and time just runs out

The Supporter instantly helped me with my problem and the system works perfect i would recommend Icy a Support when you have him as Sup your problems are solved

Icy was very helpful, had a issue with val vip and didnt get to use, he gave me a val full key. responded within 2 mins and helped amazingly 10/10 help

( Actually real review btw) I reassure you that there will be no problem with customer service when you buy from them, I was confused since it was my first time buying and pretty much instantly Icy responded in my ticket. If you're looking to enjoy a game more or carry your team and not have to worry about customer service sucking then shxdow is for you. Icy and shxdow got me right for sure
