Never received product, never received invoice, never received shipping info, never received confirmation of purchase. Never again! I did receive a charge on my credit card.
Buyer beware!

Like Jesper I did end up receiving my purchase after I made my first post. However the phone charger holders that I received looked as if they were previously used. They also do not work for my wife's Huawei phone. I believe it might be an issue with my wife's phone because there are so many other issues with it. The chargers do work for my LG phone. That sucks because I bought them for my wife because I don't use my phone as much as she does. I did receive a reply email, 7 days later, from the company giving me the tracking number, which I already had, and telling me I can go to my nearest post office to get the tracking info. To rub it right in my wife found these exact same phone chargers for a lot cheaper, from a company right here in Canada lol.

Made order a month back and stil not received the order. Yet when I look it up in the account it reads fullfilled when that is not true. Have tried to contact and receive no answer. If anyone can give me a phone to contact will be appreciated or I will have to make a complaint threw PayPal.

I ordered on thanksgiving day. Nov 28 2019. They got my $105 next day. Sent me a vague email with a tracking number and it said 7-12 days. FedEx tracking number says info received. Shipping from CA. It’s said that since Nov 30 2019. I email shyara and get a computer generated response. There are no phone numbers no addresses only a free email account. Today is Dec 17 2019. Guess I should have been more vigilant in my research. Could have received same product from amazon 5 days after ordering. Would have if I knew it was coming from China.

Kick a dead horse been a month and nothing. No tracking or shipping info and have no idea who to call.

I received my package after like 1 month, but the marchandise does not seem to be brand new, the quality is very bad and 1 of 3 ordered (Car Phone Holder and Charger) is damaged. All their marchandise come directly from china, so, people of china can send you whatever they want.

I am with all the others on this one! I ordered my a few weeks ago and still haven't received it! I too got the VIP shipping! I'm reporting them to the police for fraud! I will write letters to all that will listen to get this website shut down! When I'm finished, no one will buy from this company! Save the world the headache of this nonsense and MONEY!
Your company should be ashamed! Someone is going to jail!

Same boat as everyone else paid for expedited shipping paid for 2 holders over a week ago. No shipping info sent customer service is zero even pay pal will not help. I am going to dispute the charges with my bank. I would never order anything from these type of Facebook ads it’s all china junk that you will be lucky if you ever see the product.

Terrible company! Should be banned from facebook or any other sites! They’re a fraud! Taking everybody’s money including mine and not delivering it’s been a month now and nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Same with me. I ordered a product on November 25th and received an e-mail telling me that my order was on its way. It is now December 14th and I have received nothing. No response from SHYARA. My best advice...STAY AWAY!

The cable doesn't fit. Not working at all! Poor customer service.

I ordered from here 3 weeks ago and pd extra for express shipping... Have yet to receive!!! Do not recommend!!

Yet to receive order from November 24th. Tracking does not work either. Says it shipped on the 29th, still no arrival on 12/11/19.

In the same boat as others...however I am going to contest this purchase on my credit card which will get my money back and leave them hanging, especially if they have just shipped it! Talk about a scam—I’ll pull one on them!

Very bad and a scam! ordered a charger weeks ago paid extra for delivery they send you a tracking number which doesnt make sense and never reply to your emails.. lol first time I buy something online and this is what happens haha guess ill just stick with service station accessiories instead. Dont waste your money!

After posting this comment the package has surprisingly arrived. Therefore I would like to withdrawn my claim that this company is fraudulent.
The costumer support has though been non existent throughout. I would still recommend people to find another site to shop but i have upgraded my 1-star to 2-stars.

I ordered a phone charger 2-3 weeks ago.
Money is drawn from my account but i didnt even receive a confirmation mail from them.
I wrote to support and they replied with a standard response about me sending “correct” information about the order (which was written and was correct the first time i wrote to them).
After this i have sent documents proving i’ve made the purchase and suddenly the customer service is non responding.
If they dont reply to my claim as of tomorrow I’ll report them to the police for a fraud charge.
Needless to say: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE!

What a scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have reported them to PayPal. No delivery of product and no customer service. By reading the other reviews, I am not the only one.
I have sent emails to their customer service and no response. They should be banned from selling anything!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Another fraudulent company advertising on Facebook. They hide the fact that they are based in China. I paid for priority shipping (3 working days) and 3 weeks later nothing.
They should be brought up in charges.

It been 3 weeks and have not received my product
