Firstly i want to be thankful to give this opportunity for this 3days self discovery bootcamp was very fun and wonderful session i had an amazing experience Iike in breakout room time i experienced good and also feared , so manish bhai as you explained everything in beautiful way so I am promise that I will use these protocols what you have told in the session.

The self discovery bootcamp was like a boost I needed in my life!

I believe that this session is going to stay with me for months to come, as a guide for me to introspect and become a better me!

Ofcourse the 3 day bootcamp was detailed, science-backed and made very very clear to understand by manish bhaiya, like the other sessions. But the heart of it was how each question, each task given to us was like a filter, a filter of who we are not and who we might be.
The session was very nicely structured starting from the very basics of who do I think I am and it went deeper to what is my purpose. with each section my mind was just blown even more, I was connecting to myself on deeper levels. The fun interactive activities were the dopamine boosts to me😁
I really love shyft sessions because, voh environment hi aisa ho jata hain ki bina kuch sikhe, binna ek better version ki jhalak dekhe tum voh session khatam hi nai kar paoge. It makes u wiser and better even if u passively be there.

I really really love the bootcamp. As I was already confused about my career I am in one field but constant failure make me think it's right or wrong , but due to this camp I got the clear answers about how to choose my career my lifestyle. I know now what to do . Thanks to this efforts from Shyft squad. And special thanks to Manish sir.

My experience at working in SHYFT was not good, 1st of all, they are not providing things that are mentioned in the Job Description. I was a BDA in the company, and they promised to give me a phone and a sim to make work calls, but they never gave me one or the other. There is no job security here at all you can be fired anytime.
I gave a very good performance at sales, and yet they never gave me commission even after achieving the target. They became harsh when I said I want to quit, Both the founders are new in the business and are figuring out things. It's very risky to work for them.
I started working from 10 am and used to work till night to complete the target.
If I talk about the product, it was a yearly subscription, where we were told to make the customer emotionally triggered so they make the payment without thinking much, and if a person doesn't want to enroll and wants their deposit money back, they have to talk to other staff of the company, and they try to change their decision.
When I left the work, there was nothing done by the company, not even an email sent by them. And they stopped replying to texts, very bad work ethic.
The sessions they used to sell were actually valuable and productive. The teaching style of Manish sir was good; apart from it there was nothing worth it here.

the real inner shift I experienced. I gained clarity, calmness, and self-trust while handling real challenges. It helped me respect myself more and believe in my own abilities and that made the journey truly meaningful.

This program teach me a lot . This journey give new identity which I want to create . The program is only about self awareness , buliding new identity , how set Goal . I know after this I get many obstacle but how handle it this I know it . Doing this journey i realise journal is very important . Give signs to brain do because mind need action no word.. this program I joined feel blessed . Thanks shyfy community 🫶🍀♥️📈

It's like a family to me, where I get pushed towords to my goal. There is multiple course in Shyft app, I take yearly membership so I get access to all courses. Some courses are help you overcome your deep mental and psychological problems. They help us to identify root cause of the problem and help to solve problems completely. This community make my mind strong enough to face any fear and solve it. And many courses are 21 day challenge that help you to increase your willpower, selftrust and help you to overcome your fear and make you more confident then before. Every challenge focus on your particular problem or fear and help you to solve it.i join 35 day ago and i already completed 2 challenges(becouse i take 2 challenges at same time). That help me a lot , i become confident then before.

This SHYFT community want everyone to grow, With very simple techniques and examples in their structured program one can make it out where he/She is lagging and how to improve and grow day by day. Its great to be a part of this community their services, their hard work ,the way they motivate, and important sessions, they explain everything step by step, thanks so much.

Shyft has also given me the things i really wanted from my life. My years of wait has ended when i got Shyft. Its something i cannot write in words but only can be felt with experience of this pure community.

I am writing this review based on my experience after being part of this community for almost one year.
Initially, the free sessions look useful. Later, users are encouraged to take a ₹299 one-month subscription. What is not clearly explained is that this subscription is set on auto-pay, which means the amount keeps getting deducted every month. Many users are not aware that auto-pay is activated and realize it only after multiple deductions.
Most people do not use the app regularly, yet the money continues to be deducted. The content itself is very basic. The app mainly contains a simple feed, chat section, and many old recorded sessions. Personally, I did not find these recordings helpful for real personal improvement.
Motivational recordings alone cannot bring real change. Improvement requires action and proper guidance. During live sessions, there is frequent pressure to leave reviews, which can influence public ratings.
Customer support has been disappointing. Responses usually take 7–8 days, and WhatsApp messages often do not receive any reply. The overall system feels slow and poorly managed.
Based on my experience, the service quality and content do not justify the price. If something is available for free, it can be explored. However, I would not recommend paying for the subscription.
There are many better free and paid options available that provide more value. I am sharing this review honestly to help others make an informed decision.
