I made an order in april (4th). I wasn't at home to pick it and so I asked for the refund. I've been waiting ever since!!! I'm tired of asking for my money and all I receive is lousy excuses. I WANT MY MONEY!

The product is really good and the delevery it's on the time.
I had a previous bad experience with another online sale company, from which i ordered some products that i never received.. So when i made my order i made it full of doubts and fears.. you can't imaginemy surprise when in the imediately day after i received my order. Although, I didn't like the manual of the product written in portuguese. The writing is really bad, i can't understand very well. I even sent a email for you, asking for futher information how to use the phallosan, but in the correct portuguese. I hope you send to me by email a good manual in portugues. Thanks.
