I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, for an expensive product what I received was very poor, the response emails were rude and went on to blame me for for the poor quality
Do not buy from this seller! The flowers they send do not match the quality or colors shown on their website. The photos are misleading, and what you receive is completely different. I tried to return the products, but they told me it was not possible. I always ask for photos before placing an order, but if you are not buying in bulk, they refuse to send pictures of the actual products. Very disappointing experience!
I made an order on si-nature and I received wrong flowers and bad quality.
All hortensias are of a wrong colour, which I did not order. Some bunches are only 5*5 cm (while they have to be 20*20 cm). When I contacted the company - never received a reply.
I sent all the case to my lawyer to initiate legal actions as this is a total scam.

Received wrong color for 12 packs of flowers. I understand that colours can slightly be different from the pictures shown online. The flowers I got were also blue ok but I ordered grey blue and got really bright blue Glicis flowers that looked a lot like other blue Glixia flowers on there site. Some story for the Glixia pink ones. I ordered soft pink and hot very bright ones instead. I can return them but they will only refund me 80%. What is completely ridiculous because I got the wrong flowers, that’s not my fault!
