Bought $600 worth of items. Two days later their web site was removed. Never received anything. SCAM

While it did take a long time to come, The mats look and feel pretty good on my dining table. My kids love them for some reason too which is an added bonus

Identical experience to the other reviewers here: company never sent the product I ordered, responded once after I sent numerous emails ensuring me the product was on its way. It never arrived. What I got instead was a cheap, poorly made item that was a 1/3 of the size of its listed dimensions. After two months of waiting. The company never acknowledged my request for a refund. Contesting the charges with my credit card and advising everyone to stay far away from this fraudulent company.

I’ve had the same situation as everyone else on here. I ordered on October 29. Emailed through the weeks stating I haven’t received an order or at the very least a tracking number. They responded that they will look into it with their shipping team. After 3 weeks I contacted PayPal and I got a refund. Thanks to PayPal! SiaParker site is a scam.

Placed an order on 19 July 21. Wrote almost 22 emails. Earlier they were responding n saying that they have sent a replacement to cover up the delay n I can keep both. But I've not received anything till date. They've stopped responding to my emails. THEY ARE BIG FRAUDS... BEWARE!!!

I placed an order in the month of June. There is no news, however i hav e been given an update time and again that a second shipment was sent. I have received none. The customer service executive writes whenever she wants. i will write on as many forums as i can to ensure others dont get trapped

I ordered a single person badminton set in Feb and still have not received it nor will they refund my money or answer my emails. When I read reviews before I ordered it they were glowing reviews. This is ridiculous!

I placed an order in August 2020 and it is yet not delivered, The order was worth $1000
no reply to the emails, no updates.
It is a cheating business.

Glad that I paid for my purchase through PayPal! I was initially informed that my order would take at least a month because of Covid, but when that timeframe came and went and I sent an email to customer service, I got the response that “we will have our shipping department look into it“. After two more weeks of silence I reported the problem to PayPal. I sent another email stating that I would like to cancel my order and be refunded my money. Although it still took several days, I did get a response that they were looking into it. A week later I accelerated the complaint with PayPal and sent another message to Sia Parker demanding a refund. This time I got a quick response stating that this was entirely impossible as they had resent my item and should I receive both items I could keep them both for the same price.
PayPal has refunded my money. I have received no merchandise from Sia Parker.

I think it’s a scam I placed an order didn’t receive it and no one replying to my email !

Placed an order on 1st March 2021 for a mobile screen for 61$ including shipping charge with the promise to deliver within 17 days,till date not even single communication has been received regarding delivery.I suspect they are fraud.

Ordered an Apple Watch Band...never received product, won't answer e-mails...fraud...

They get one star for replying to my emails, albeit unhelpfully. Their pictures are completely inaccurate depictions of what they sell. I bought flooring and the color is completely different from the photo. I asked for them not to ship the product to me and to cancel the order since it took MONTHS to arrive. Low and behold they got back to me after weeks of no response and guess what-- even though I requested that they did not ship the product at all, they shipped it out anyway (after the email, it was not already in transit). Then I have to pay for shipping back to either CHINA or AUSTRALIA from California.

Great work SiaParker for complicating everything for no reason and now I have to pay for shipping your terrible quality product back. It is honestly the worst quality I have ever seen of vinyl flooring and that is saying A LOT.

Don’t order from these guys. Still haven’t received my product and no one will reply to my email. Frauds

I purchased an item from them November 13th. It is now January 4th and I haven’t gotten anything. I e-mailed their customer service for weeks because the order number they gave me didn’t even register with any items. I would follow the tracking number and got an error message that the item didn’t exist in their system yet. I get an e-mail January 3rd saying their was a glitch in their shipping system. So I guess all through Thanksgiving and Christmas they just operated with this glitch and they never even prepped my order for delivery. I asked for a refund but customer service is clearly doing a dance putting it off for as long as they can so I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. How this company is even profitable is honestly mind-boggling.

Ordered placemats. Half of order arrived weeks later but damaged and poor quality. Contacted company to complain. Said they’d send replacements and rest of the original order. Nothing has arrived and company are refusing to refund me. Terrible customer service. I’Ve had to buy placemats elsewhere and have wasted a lot of money with SiaParker. Do not order anything from them.

Fraudulent website; fraud fraud fraud... they took the money and never shipped my products... Do not deal with them ever!!!

Awful company. Total I. Professional and is probably a made up company working out of a bedroom they purposefully deceive you on your purchase then when you get your goods they turn round and tell you no refund

They advertise on search engine and Instagram be very careful and beware they looking to take the money ey off your credit card and scale you

Terrible customer service. The item I have ordered as a father's day present way ahead of the date was delivered two months later and it was awful quality. I have requested a full refund and still waiting for their customer service to get back to me. Don't recommend this company to anyone.
