Rude and abrupt customer service

Rude and abrupt customer service, not helpful in the slightest after refusing my return which was only a few days late due to a family emergency, was then told I needed to pay a £5 fee to get the item back to me. Will never shop here again and will make sure people are aware how poorly this company operates.

Great customer service

I bought a pair of joggers from siarr and I had waited a week for them to come but I had heard nothing they didn’t come and I had no emails so I emailed their customer support and had it sorted out and had a new pair dispatched was so easy and helpful great customer service

Terrible Customer Service…

Bought 3 items, 2 were hoodies as unsure with purchasing from a new company on how these fit. After finding the size small not suitable I started an exchange for the medium.

Upon receiving my return I was told it had been rejected due to a stain on the item which I had not made as literally tried once and put immediately back in packaging for return.
On top of this they are keeping the item indefinitely until I bank transfer £5 postage for the return.

The customer service by these truly is appalling though.
Blunt & unprofessional is being generous, requested a name for the feedback I’d be leaving and they wouldn’t give it which tells a story in itself, and insinuating I wasn’t been honest with the situation really was taking the mick.

Shame as was planning return purchases with these guys but after how they’ve acted I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

I placed my order at 11pm on a random spontaneous buy then I wanted to know does the item really get delivered within two days, I messaged them and got and fast response which was generic and reassured me that my order be with me with the next 24hrs and without fail it landed amazing for ans quality

Ordered a basic tracksuit

Ordered a basic tracksuit. Delievery driver marked it delivered when I wasn’t home no item when I got home explained to siarr they told me I was lying and refused to send out a replacement or refund. never again with these small brands just staying with actual brands

Based on their findings, they confirmed that the parcel was delivered correctly to the intended address. However, after further review, the delivery company reaffirmed their position with supporting evidence.
