A complete scam.
I signed up to have a COVID test brought to my home, administered, returned to the lab and receive results w/in 24 hours. As required, I gave them screenshots of my ID and insurance card, paid $25.
No one ever showed up. No answer on “phone concierge” line… Not so broken up over the $25, but very disturbed that I gave them loads of personal info.
Stay away.
