AVOID not received order no cs
Ordered weeks ago and still not received despite it stating 5-8 days on their wesbite. No response to emails sent for over a week or social media. Wish I'd check their trustpilot before ordering. AVOID
Customer service never reply, late delivery and faulty items
Parcel took nearly a month to arrive. I ordered 5 of the acrylic shelves... I put one up and it had fallen down within an hour - without any items even being put on it. They are clearly faulty.
I've tried to get in touch with customer service 3 times, but no-one ever replies. If it wasn't for the other 2 items I ordered being fine, I would say this is a scam website.
Is it possible to give zero stars?
Ordered an item on March 17th, 2025, and some 2+ weeks later, the item seems to be going in circles somewhere in China. I emailed and tried to chat with "customer service" multiple times, but no one ever responded. I submitted a chargeback via my credit card company because Sickhaus never responded. Scam company, avoid!

This is a scam, I ordered a light fitting whihc never arrived, customer service does not exist, my bank is trying to retrive the money, they have received no answer from said "company" either.
The worst order ive ever made
The worst order ive ever made! I made an order of 23rds September 2024 still waiting on 21st March 2025. You would think its a made to measure item but its just a catepillar chair. I know the comnpany isnt a total scam as i received my two other items. Quality Terrible but i wasnt expecting too much. Will i ever receive the chair honestly at this point i dont know. Terrible cuistomer service that ignore all emails, dont have a number dont respond to any social media posts or queries. At this point ive cut my losses of 350 euros and want to let everyone know what a terrible company it is and not to go near it.

Took over 4 weeks to ship something that should have been with me in 3 days. When it arrived it was the incorrect item. Tried to resolve this with customer services via email. They replied once before deciding to ignore all my other emails. Finally filed a chargeback with my bank, after telling them I would be forced to do so, again, no reply but they then had the audacity to dispute the charge back. Apparently they think it’s right that I should fork out hundreds of pounds and not be entitled to a refund when they send the wrong items.

SCAM from China (offices supposed to be based in Glasgow UK!)
Ordered a chair on 1st Jan 2025 and after 5 weeks of emails, submitting chats on their chat bubble (which they are supposed to respond to via email in 2 days), I have had absolutely no response. Ripped off £250.
Luckily I'm not as stupid as they think their customers are, as I paid by PayPal, who are now getting my full refund for me.
Do not buy anything from them, they are a scam business, drop shipping scam from China!!!
Dropship rubbish
Ordered two items. Both just drop shipped from China. They responded once with an additional tracking number but since then I haven't heard anything from them. I have been trying to contact them everyday this week and just been ghosted. Avoid.
Very Poor Service
Ordered two chairs, and as per other reviews here. Nothing has showed up, no updates. Despite contacting them several times no response from customer service. Very poor, I’m down nearly £500 no idea if I will ever see my order. Scam? Probably.
Order not delivered, no communication from supplier
I placed an order for some shelves on the 23rd Jan, received one email to say there would be a delay with my delivery, and its been RADIO SILENCE ever since. The online chat service doesn't respond, and the numerous mails I've since sent to follow up, are now bouncing back undelivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

No customer service whatsoever despite multiple emails and attempted phone calls. I’ve bought from this site before but this time I wished to make a return but radio silence. I will never be buying from here again.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering.
Yes the delivery took weeks. I didn’t realise they’d come from China. I ordered two lamps and both in working order and I really liked one of them. The second didn’t provide the effect I wanted, as their website pictured, and I’ve been trying to return. But submitting a return request you have to wait for them to email you instructions IF approved. No reply for ages, despite chasing. Luckily I can sell the lamp on as it’s just not to my taste. But I’ll have to take a loss. Won’t order again. Don’t recommend

Shipping was not as listed, item didn’t make it in time for Christmas. Have been trying to get a refund since the 30th of December and have been completely ignored. Cheap crap from China, avoid!
Bad Communication! Bad Customer Service.
I made a small mistake on an order and have tried for weeks to get hold of them and heard nothing, dreadful customer service!
Nice products, the bits that arrived were fine but they have awful communication. I see others have had the same issues as me...

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Received the wrong item and was told I’d get a replacement. Have heard nothing since and they’re not responding to my emails or answering calls.
Edited: after 2 months, this company still haven’t responded to my emails and have left me with the wrong item. Thankfully my credit card company have refunded me and are settling the dispute on my behalf. AVOID!!!
Poor quality, no communication
One of items we ordered was damaged and for the price very poor quality. We contacted the company and they said they were doing something about it but we didn't hear anything and they stopped replying. Now we are trying to get our money back through PayPal but it is beyond the 30 day period. It's clear they were stalling so that they could avoid giving a refund. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering and really think this company should be shut down.
