I ordered several pop bean sets and a couple were taken out due to system error which was ok. But they still charged me the same amount for shipping which was over $30 in itself (more expensive then the item). For just 1 item it wasn’t worth it. And when I attempted several emails to the shop they never responded. Very poor customer service.
I had a great experience with Sickoresell. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and everything was handled efficiently. The product/service was exactly as described, delivered on time, and exceeded my expectations.
Would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future!
