One pair( our county colours) didn't arrive. Another colour pair was sent but no acknowledgement of not fulfilling our request and no reply from customer service 🤔.

I do have an issue with some of the negative things you have said so to clarify, our socks are premium and high quality made from 80% cotton. Our socks are manufactured in Europe with the highest quality standards possible (no exploitive sweatshop labour). We also donate a pair to charity for every pair bought. Hit & Miss, blank customer service!!
Tried to order 4 x size 4-7 & 4 x size 12-3, the system put them altogether & I got 6 x size12-3 & 2 x size 4-7, in fairness Conor tried to rectify the order when I contacted him but the order still arrived incorrect!!?
I’ve since been in contact with Conor to fix the order & instead of incurring more shipping costs of sending back the incorrect order I would order more of what I need, the size4-7’s I’ve looked for a discount but complete blank from the customer/sales team…….
If your just ordering one type of socks you’ll be grand but if you’ve 4 kids feet to put sports socks on different sizes good luck with that😰
