I purchased the “Foodie” (Uber Eats clone) from Siddhi Infosoft on Envato, and it has been one of the worst development experiences I’ve had.

The script was heavily bugged from day one. Core features didn’t work properly, and it felt nowhere near production-ready. Instead of launching a business, I ended up spending my time chasing fixes for basic functionality.

I also paid for custom development, which turned into a constant cycle of delays and excuses. My main point of contact was the project manager, Jindal Trivedi. In my experience, communication was poor, timelines were not respected, and developers kept getting switched. Every time a new developer was introduced, I was told this one was “the best,” yet the same problems continued. There was no stability or accountability in the process.

What made things worse was being pressured to hire additional developers for tasks that should have been simple. On top of that, they had the audacity to ask to pay extra to fix bugs that were introduced during their own development work. That was unacceptable to me.

Overall, this experience cost me significant money, months of delay, and unnecessary stress. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying this script or taking custom services from Siddhi Infosoft to think very carefully before proceeding.

I purchased this item and developed my own brand app name which was not included in the original product. Later, I discovered that another buyer of this same code is now using the exact same name, even though it was my own invention.

This raises very serious concerns about how the author handles customer information. I only shared my brand name after purchasing, and it appears to have been disclosed to another buyer.

I escalated this complaint to Envato, but no action was taken, even though the misuse of customer information clearly began through this platform.

⚠️ If you are considering this product, please be very careful about what you share with the author. My experience shows that your confidential brand ideas may not be protected.

I bought an app from this company almost two years ago. Gave it a bad review back then because, frankly, it was a flaming pile of spaghetti code that couldn’t even launch without a full engineering team and a priest.

Fast forward two years later, I figured, hey, maybe they’ve updated it. Maybe it works now.

Spoiler: It doesn’t.

After dozens of hours with a qualified developer (who broke it all down), here's what we found:

❌ Firebase errors everywhere, duplicate initialization, unhandled crashes, random white screens

❌ App name & icon changes? Breaks the build.

❌ Google Maps? Good luck, you'll need to rewire half the config manually.

❌ Code references? Half-broken, half-missing, and 100% undocumented.

The worst part?

💰 This is intentional. The entire business model is to sell a broken product and then charge you again to fix what should’ve worked in the first place.

This isn’t a bad app. This is a deliberate bait-and-switch.
The app looks complete, but it’s wired to collapse the moment you try to use or customize it, just so they can upsell you “support.”

⚠️ This company is not selling software. They’re running a cash grab.

🚫 Avoid them like a bad habit. If you value your time, money, or mental stability, do not do business with these people.

I recently bought a food delivery app from them. I had my apps done within 3 days & I really enjoyed the collaboration with their team. The support is great and friendly. They offer extra help aside the document which is excellent. I also like the nature of the applications. I really appreciate your support

Siddhi Infosoft is an agency that doesn't keep agreement about product quality, timing and budget. Their inefficiency and lack of support is frustrating. About our project they did not respect deadlines making a mistake of 6 months, they did not share progress about the project keeping you in the complete dark, they exceeded budget asking more than double of agreed spending, even if we have shown them obvious bugs they haven't fixed them for months and at the end the product is so slow that users try it and then they leave.
For us it has been the worst agency we have ever worked with.

They developed an Android and iOS app that includes all the services we offer, from daycare to therapies, dog college, vet services, and so on. With this app, our clients can check out all our services, see important dates, make daycare reservations, and more. It also has audiovisual help and many other features.
