My order was charged twice in error (might have been my fault). The confirmation email messages I received offered the opportunity to make changes, so immediately upon realizing what had happened, I reached out to cancel the second order. Today I received a message from their representative, Diya, who confirmed that the second order had been cancelled and that I would not be charged. I appreciated the quick response to the issue with my order.

I ordered a Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System from SideDeal after looking at the Arris Surfboard previously. It was supposed to be a new system and not refurbished - I double checked before ordering. The system arrived with marks all over it. I reached out to support, sent pictures, and was told that a floor model must have gotten mixed in with the inventory. Jackie offered me a $10 refund of return label. I got the label and easily returned the items. Going above and beyond, Jackie watched for the return and expedited the refund. She was terrific to work with.

Purchased product as a gift on 4/26 with an expected delivery date of 5/5-5/7. I reached out to the company on 5/7 as I had not received a shipment notification. 5/8 I received a short response with tracking information. The item shipped on 5/8 a day after its expected delivery with a delivery date of 5/14. This was well after the gift was needed. So I reached out to see about my options to return the item. Customer service (or lack there of from Marco) said the only option was for me to wait at my house and refuse the delivery when the mail carrier attempted to deliver. This was an obvious error on the company’s behalf and the only solution is to further inconvenience me. Have emailed back and forth with Marco only resulting in more of a waste of time. Be careful purchasing from this company!! Customer service or lack there of is awful!

I've ordered several items. It was a hit or miss on half my purchases. I purchased there electrolyte "roar". If you don't mind having most of your product crystallized and rock hard to the point where it doesn't dissolve and is of no benefit to you. True their best by date isn't an expiration date. But i think they need to explain that to the electrolyte. Anyway i contacted them. They said it was good. (In other words they told me to get lost. )
At the same time i ordered a physical fitness device. The thing was broken. It wouldn't stay attached to the door frame. It kept sliding down because the device would not tighten. Which means it's DEFECTIVE. I contacted them. After a 2 response arguement. I was given an rma #. Great i thought. But the catch is. I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. To ship back the DEFECTIVE product the shipping costs would've been about 80% of the cost of the equipment.
Every and any other LEGIT, TRUSTWORTHY company covers shipping for DEFECTIVE products.
I felt there was more of a reason they gave me those responses. That if maybe i wasn't from a specific ethnic background. I would've achieved different results. There should be a symbol or something to let us know the companies creeds or beliefs. This way we have a choice to either support them or not. I purchased alot of that electrolyte. All in all about half of it was good. Doing the math. I probably would've been better off not buy it with the expiration (oops best by) within a week of that date. A couple of the other items were good. But like i said. It's hit or miss. And more than likely based on your demograph wil dictate your outcome for customer service. That is if you need it. If i would've bought 1 or 2 packs, no problem. I bought 20 packs that had 12 packets in each.
(I am editing and adding what i copied from the email sent to me. If i could add a screenshot of it i would. Contradicting the response i received. As i said before. There's a reason I didn't receive the same respectful customer service that they obviously conduct for others. )
