This seems to be repetitive story, I ordered a bean bag chair in January 2021, of course says paid in full awaiting shipment. After many emails, there was no response at all. I don't understand how they can get away with this, so many times!!

Ordered 31/12/2020 still awaiting shipment, I've emailed them many times with no reply..absolutely dirty thieving scammers...why are they still allowed to carry on scamming people?

Shouldn’t even get a star as I too have been scammed Facebook should reimburse us as that’s where they’re advertised

I ordered back on feb 24,2021. And yet to receive anything. I’m so mad.

I ordered bean bags on 4/24/21 and only got 1 email that said thank you for the payment. Awaiting for shipment. There is no phone number to call the company. I sent numerous emails and got NO response.

I placed an order for the bean bag in Feb and still have not received them. They were called Town Cute but now changed to Sidegem. I've sent them many many emails about my order but NO ONE returned my emails. I am starting to think that this company is a SCAM!!! They already charged my credit card, I asked for a refund but no response.

Never got my Bena bag but was charged for it. So.mad. whyy

I'm very disappointed!This company Ladibeauty which is now SideGem just to let you know.I ordered a bean bag March 20th,Still haven't received.All is said is waiting shipment.Im furious,I work hard and don't throw money away.Facebook needs to reassure theses adds are for real.I want a refund.

Ordered from this site and never recieved my order and no answer from customer services, change name from sidegem to cutetown its a fraud they want your money!!!!

I ordered 2 bean bag large pillows several months ago and haven't received anything. I have sent several emails with no response. After reading everyone's reviews, now I'm sure this is a scam!

I placed an order on 17th of January this year, I just checked my email and the message is exactly the same as on the day of the purchase, it says status: paid, awaiting shipment.
I have emailed Sidegem many times, no response at all.
This is absolutely disrespectful for people in the middle of a pandemic we can't go shopping and these kind of people scam us.
PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH SIDEGEM.

AVOID these like the plague. They will take your money, ignore you and not ship anything. I doubt this company even have the items to begin with. I have googled the address and they do not appear. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Avoid buying any items from sidegem.com. They do not ship out when promised. Its been over 30 days since my purchase was made on February 4th 2021. I ordered two bean bags and a queen size bed spread with two pillow cases. All for $100.48 due to multiple generous discounts. Guess it was too good of a price to be truely delivered. This is not a real professional business.
I filed a dispute today and will get reimbursed eventually. I'm only trusting Amazon delivery from now on.

THIS IS A SCAM! Ordered bean bag chair in February 18 and still haven’t heard anything, multiple emails sent with no response. Wish we’d read the reviews before purchasing. Low life scum bags.
