£119 on a pair of shoes to arrive broken and no help with customer service

Ordered a pair of shoes £119 for them to arrive broken.
I thought it was really unprofessional for a business not to check their shoes before sending. The whole inside soul of the shoe had completely unstuck on one of the shoes.
I tried contacting the company 3 times in 6 days to hear no response. 2 of the times they even asked me for my email on the online help service and said they would contact me as nobody was available at that moment which again I heard nothing.
Very poor customer service sucks
To make it even worse to return the shoes, it would cost me £7 delivery.

Used them out of necessity, but cannot award price scalpers anything more than 1 out of 5. Sorry. Just don’t like the practice at all.

ordered trainers from this website on…

ordered trainers from this website on two separate occasions. Both times the items were shown as in stock, and there was absolutely no indication of any availability issues. The following day, I received an email saying they were unable to fulfil my order and that I would be refunded — with no proper explanation.

Taking payment and only then informing customers that you can’t supply the goods is unacceptable. It happened twice, which suggests serious issues with stock control or transparency.

To make matters worse, the phone number listed on the website does not connect, so there is no way to speak to anyone directly.

Very poor experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before orde

I have had a disappointing experience…

I have had a disappointing experience with Sidekicks this time,I was told on Wednesday 4th February that my trainers had been authenticated and were waiting on a courier to pick up,there had been a delay all this time! To then receive a email to say they hadn't been authenticated at all as they failed the authentication!! I am extremely frustrated,I feel I can't trust this company again!!

Not all stock coming from uk- shipping tax added

Easy to order, but did not enjoy the import tax of over £140- a surprise when ordered for delivery in the uk on a uk website… no response to my email querying this as there was no info to advise that this was a purchase outwith the uk. Very disappointing. A very unwelcome surprise on top of an expensive purchase.

Be careful - communication shocking and pay to return

Ordered a pair of Onitsuka's for my partner - ordered on the 7th Jan and didn't arrive till the 17th Jan - had to chase twice for updates. Then unfortunately when they arrived they where too small so had to return (did ask if I could exchange for the next size up but got no response). Return was approved and sent using their nominated courier service DPD local - as of todays date the package is apparently with DPD at their warehouse. I cannot chase or get an update as the courier was booked by Sidekicks - two emails later and using their on-line chat (was on it for over 3 hours and no response) absolutely no response from them after another 10 days. Also note apparently they take 20% for the hassle of returning an item back to them but at this time I have not had one penny returned. If they bother to respond I will update

Edit 1 - as you can see they have responded to this and sent an email saying they would look into it. They have all my details and alas still waiting on any form of update
