I am very disappointed with SIDEKICKS’…

I am very disappointed with SIDEKICKS’ service. I ordered my shoes on 17/12 with a stated delivery time of 3–7 days, but I ended up receiving them a full month later.

Communication was extremely poor. I sent multiple emails and initially received no response. When I finally did, I was told my order was in transit to a processing hub, while the order status still showed “waiting to be processed,” which was confusing and unprofessional.

I needed the shoes much earlier and the lack of transparency and delays made this a very frustrating experience. While the shoes eventually arrived, the service and delivery time were unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering if you need your items within the promised timeframe.

Bad quality

First i waited one month for the shoes then it came with very Bad quality. 110 euro are to much for the Bad quality.

HELLO PLEASE SEND REFUND FOR ORDER 16601. It was ordered over 10 days ago yet still hasn’t been shipped (nor delivered) on time as promised. The item is now too late so please just send my refund now, thanks. I do not wish to wait for this beyond the time I already have. Send refund now. PLEASE CONFIRM MY REFUND HAS BEEN SENT TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. THANK YOU KINDLY.

Just for clarity, we received 25+ emails in a row so our support system automatically moves repeated messages to the back of the queue (this is also explained in the auto-reply you received). This would explain the slight delay you encountered with your refund request.

The experience throughout was amazing

The experience throughout was amazing. Was very easy to purchase and the price was the best I could find online or in store. Shipping was fast and well packaged. I would recommend side kicks to anyway. They really are the best in the game!
