I ordered a jersey Sept 25. The first week of October I received the wrong item. I emailed every week for around a month with no update. I returned the incorrect order and have STILL not received the jersey almost 4 months later. Customer service is terrible! I get the same generic response from the same person each time. No help. Will never order from them again and I advice others not to do so either.

I cannot believe just how quick the items got to me. I ordered 2 items on Friday separately. I received one order Saturday morning, the second item I received at 12:34 on Sunday. And I took an absolute guess on the sizes as the guide wasn't much help at all and I got it right the first time. Hoodie is a little big but I'm only wearing it for comfort. The quality of materials used is pretty decent too for the hoodie. The windproof jacket could be a bit thicker but I genuinely cannot complain by it. It does what it says by keeping me windproof, unsure about waterproof yet but I'll test that soon. Might just go stand under the shower IDK.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered for a Christmas present and received the wrong item. This was the 16th, and still haven’t got this resolved. Rex has been replying to my emails and informed me I’ve been waiting a month almost for the useless warehouse to create a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. This is beyond ridiculous. At this point just let me keep the damned thing and stop holding the item I ordered hostage while some moron at the warehouse never creates a return label.

Very easy to decide what I wanted, payment was very easy and I would definitely use this service again.

Fantastic customer service, despite DPD's best efforts I received my order after the third time having the order dispatched, team were really helpful and turned the delivery around as quickly as they could.

My experience with sidemen clothing was very frustrating but it wasn't sidemen clothings fault. The royal mail strikes made my order stupidly late.
The team gave me the tracking information and was doing their best to help me with the order. 5 star experience

This is my 3rd time buying hoodies for my 14 yr old daughter who likes them oversized. Always impressed with the quality and design. They certainly wash well too. Also love the little design packing bags they come in . I will definitely be buying again and delivery time was very quick . I’ve never really had any problems with Sideman clothing so can’t say what customer service is like . But I do have a happy daughter .
