Worst service EVER! Do not use them. Problems faced right from the creating account stage. Never received an activation email. Didn't get order confirmation. Have sent over 10 emails with no response. Called as well with no answer.
Awful customer service as well as awful service in general. I have returned several pairs of shoes and they have decided we refund me all but for 1 pair of shoes. I am sure their warehouse is a miss as they can't track the shoes I have sent with regard to the DHL tracking number. At the end this is not my problem I should be refunded either ways
