Needed a new bulb for my micro wave, extremely fiddly to remove unless you have rubber arms and fingers! Went on the Siemens website to source a new Osram 20w bulb which is miniscule to find a price of £15.58 plus £3.95 delivery a total of £19.53!!! Found the same bulb on Amazon for £5.40 with free delivery. Siemens appliances may be good but their spares prices are a disgraceful rip off! How can they justify it?
Chat facility was very good with an advisor coming on line promptly. We got to the part I was looking for quickly, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Keeping my fingers crossed it will be in in the next week or so as advised.
