Hi Marco! Sorry to see this was your experience, we were actually still in a conversation with you trying to help out while we got your review. Your order from the 28th was shipped the same day, and the track&trace indicated it was delivered on the 29th. This was not the case, and we indicated that we expected the package to be delivered the next day. Within this period, your requested refund was not possible, and the delivery company indeed ended up delivering your package the next day.
We politely asked to keep in touch regarding your package and indicated that we would be happy to send out another package to help out. We’ve sent you 2 messages at the end of the day to ask for an update. However, you did not reply to our messages anymore. Only after giving you a call the next day, you indicated that your order was delivered.
Our customer service usually opens at 10:00 but since we were already online, we answered your first message at 9:01. All your other messages have been answered within the hour. You’ve shared some images with questions attached which we could not see. We immediately indicated this and replied to all your questions.
We’re open to all feedback and continuously strive to deliver better performance. However, we believe it would be better for you to look for a different place to purchase your contact lenses next time. We wish you all the best.

Because I spend on average more than €100 for contact lenses. Starting from 5% would be better. Freeshipping on a lower order amount for long-term member can be considered

Shipping takes an extremely long time
Shipping takes an extremely long time. Expect your package to take at least 3.5 weeks to arrive if you are ordering from Ireland. Also, customer service will not have any information about the status of your delivery. Track & Trace will show your package as in transit but that's pretty much all it will tell you.
I am happy with the quality of the products and the prices seem reasonable.

The delay in the shipment of your second order is a bit disappointing of course but was mainly due to Black Friday and extra import controls. Your first order from us has been delivered in little over a week, and your second order was delayed a bit.

At the begging, I thought this was scam and they will never arrived, but I'm just wearing my glasses with tears in my eyes, because I really needed some new and cheap contact lenses and thanks to sightful I can say that they know what they are doing

the website was really easy to use and I really liked the variety of the products at affordable prices. I was also pleasantly surprised at how fast my order was processed and shipped (and delivered!). I received my lenses one day later which was great. the box they came in was sturdy ( i was worried about the lens solution spilling).
overall a really good experience, will order again

One of the best customer support!
One of the best customer support, if not the best. I had an address problem and the customer support was very reactive and helped me a lot, so I don't have to pick up my order too far.

Product vs Delivery
The package came within the stated time frame, easy way to order product, good price! Delivery via DHL though - awful, the package came all squished, lenses box completely squished with it.

I'm a regular costumer
The products I regularly order have competitive prices when discount is applicable, so I buy in bulk. Otherwise it would be appr. the same price as in offline stores. Sidenote: the packaging could be smaller (envelope for example) so it could be delivered in the mailbox.
