Great customer service - speedy replies.

I purchased a few items from this company. The delivery was quick. The package well secure and items protected inside. I had a fault with one item and customer service was amazing. Communication is perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy some stuff for there coffee habits :D

Sigma Coffee, specifically David has been fantastic throughout. From initial advice regarding grinder choice through to delivery.

My grinder unfortunately developed a fault (no fault of Sigma) and normally this is when as a customer you establish if a company is great or not... the good news here is David was fantastic. Promptly emailed me a return postage label, assessed the grinder and provided me with multiple options from repair, replace, refund, exchange for different model. Honestly could ask for more. Wish there were more online companies operating like this. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing from them.

Quick delivery,even though the grinder is so popular that they had to order more, and it’s a great product, I’m making great coffee!

They delivered my order a day after I paid for it. Top notch in every sense, both the product and the seller. They seem to know what they are doing, the product selection is well informed and their customer service leaves nothing to be desired.

Contacted Sigma on their site to see if a coffee grinder was in stock and delivery time. David replied within minutes confirming it was in stock and day it would be dispatched and delivered Mon & Wed. I went ahead and ordered but then realised I had ordered the white instead of black. Contacted them again to see if it could be changed. This was again answered by David within minutes confirming the order had been changed. Tracking showed its as dispatched on Monday and I got it today, Wednesday. I cannot praise them enough for their prompt responses and customer service. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I recently ordered a Timemore C3 ESP coffee grinder from Sigma & the service was amazing. Prompt, friendly emails & updates, & the card in the box was a lovely, personal touch.

I would not hesitate to order from them again nor recommend them to anyone else.

I orderd a set of coffee scales but after they had shipped, i realised i had orderd the wrong set i needed.
(MY MISTAKE)
When i contacted Sigma and explained my situation, they were very quick to respond and went above and beyond with helping me and rectified my order.
My replacment purchase was even sent out the same day, once sorted.

I just received my izpresso j-ultra brilliant product and smooth delivery. Sigma may be small but they have nice little touches like the card insert in the box.
I had a good shopping experience with this company and have no problem recommending them or the izespreso J-Ultra.

Very good customer service from David. I ordered 4 items, but accidentally requested the wrong size for the portafilter. I immediately emailed them and they responded very quickly, fixing my order before it even left the warehouse later in the day.

The items were all quickly delivered and well packaged, with the correct size portafilter!

Ordered from sigma coffee twice and both times were so quick at sending off my items! All top quality stuff and a pleasure to buy from. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I recently ordered a grinder from sigma just before Christmas. The process was really easy and when i emailed about whether i would receive before Christmas. Sigma were really responsive with my queries and assured that it would be shipped ASAP and kept me updated of the shipping all the way to delivery.
Would definitely consider using them again if i require any further coffee grinders etc...

Contacted about replacement under warranty. Quick and clear responses. Replacement sent same day. Very happy to buy from Sigma again.

Excellent product and even better customer service. There was a small delay with my order and the team went up and above to rectify the mistake. Highly recommended and won’t go anywhere else to purchase coffee equipment going forward.
