Having provisionally booked Sigma removals we then received a rather late notification of our completion date. Fortunately for us Chris was able to re arrange a couple of days and was then able to move us on the given day. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for them, even the set of 15 stairs at our new address which were not the widest either. They then followed up the second day with all our garden furniture and garage contents. All the guys did a great job with a smile on their face, even our new neighbours commented on how polite they were, offering to move their van if needed, which it wasn’t. All in all we couldn’t praise them highly enough.

Sigma helped us move at the End of March. Good impression when Chris came to provide us with a quote which I thought was fair. On the day they were great. Arrived when they said they would. Took great care in getting large items out the house through narrow stairs and got us settled in quickly with no damage.

Despite a few hiccups as it was a complicated move - Sigma was outstanding with their communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and fully recommend them

We used Sigma for our recent house move, and they were absolutely fantastic. Amazing service - over and beyond our expectations. We have moved house many times over the past 45 years, including emigrating and returning twice, so plenty of experience of removals companies! Chris and his team far surpassed any others we’ve used. They were efficient, courteous, fun and nothing was too much trouble. We moved from a 3-story cottage and with a lot of stuff. Chris totally instilled confidence from the moment he stepped into our cottage to quote nine months ago. They arrived at our new bungalow about 90 minutes before us and were unpacking the last van! They had assembled our two big beds already! Chris then walked us round the bungalow checking we were happy with where everything had been placed and moving one heavy table when asked. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend!

Chris and his team are the best. We moved from a 3 story terrace in Torquay to a terrace in Grimsby. 3 vans were needed for out accumulation of goods.
The first van was loaded in advance. On exchange day the team arrived with the other vans at 8 am. By 1:30 pm all vans were loaded and ready to roll.
After posting keys we also set off. Chris and his team booked lodgings for their overnight stay.
At 8 am the following morning we arrived at our new house to see Chris and the team already there waiting.
All 3 vans unloaded, with all goods to the rooms of our choice by around 1 pm.
Chris and the team were first class and I'm happy to report no breakages. They took bedroom furniture to pieces and rebuilt it at the new house as well.
The price for this rather large and complex move was really competitive and I would highly recommend Chris and his team.

Devonshire Collection of Period Costume
Our charity has run a costume museum in Totnes for 37 years in a grade one listed building. During restoration work by our landlords we asked Sigma to help us to protect our collection within the building. Our lease has now expired and we immediately went to Sigma to remove our estimated 40,000 items to the University of Falmouth. Sigma staff have been exemplary: courteous and flexible wherever possible logistically and showing enormous care in handling items, some more than 300 years old, in a restricted space. Nothing was too much trouble - even when we needed five vans insead of three.

Extremely well organised, turned up on time, very competitive rates. The removal men were polite and helpful. Would definately recommend Sigma Removals to all my friends and family.

These were very professional guys. Everything was carefully packed into the vans and carefully unpacked when we arrived home. Nothing was too much trouble and if we wanted anything moving or adjusted I would just do it without any problem. I thoroughly recommend them for any move you may use.

They arrived right on time and worked quickly. They took care of our things and shifted extra boxes to save us taking them by car. They made sure their van was fully loaded before leaving and that helped us a lot, cutting down on extra trips for us.
