I strongly recommend that you do NOT purchase anything from this company. I ordered a signal booster from them in July 2022, I received a confirmation email straight away but after 3 weeks nothing had arrived. I contacted them and they advised it hadn’t been sent yet and there was no tracking number. I asked them to cancel my order as I hadn’t received it and they refused. I sent numerous emails and they finally agreed to refund me and told me it would take 2 - 6 weeks for the money to reach my account. 6 weeks later I still didn’t have the refund. I emailed again with no response. I then had to raise a dispute through my bank and Visa for the transaction. The day after I sent the details to Visa I had a refund in my account - it’s October. It’s taken 3
months of chasing and the only reason I got my money back was thanks to Visa and their dispute process. Do not give this company your money - it will be very hard go get it back.

We do quite a bit of online shopping due to our location and never have we had an experience that I would easily say comes close to criminal.
My husband ordered a cellphone signal booster online on December 17th. He received a confirmation promptly after. And then - NOTHING! Payment has gone through (Paypal luckily) but to date we have neither seen the booster nor heard anything in explanation why the product hasn't arrived. We have left messages, emailed, messaged through their website (the site where an error message comes up when searching for it, but can be 'clicked' away and then it's 'business as usual' ).
Stay way away from these guys!!! is my advice.
