Michael is a great person to work with, he deals with your concerns promptly and make sure you’re satisfied. He does his job amazingly and explains everything so well, he will never leave you guessing. I would recommend him highly.

From day one, Michael was fully transparent and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was amazing! He is always quick to respond and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Anything I needed done, no matter how big or small, Michael went above and beyond to deliver. His dedication and professionalism really stood out, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received.

I have been using Michael and his team at Signature Staycation to rent out my 2 bed flat in Cobham for the last 3 months. The process was made very simple and rent has been paid on time. Communication which is very important to me has also been great.

I was recommended to michael from signature staycation to rent my flat through a landlord that i know that also used there services.

Due to this not being a way of renting that i was familiar with i still had reservations

The protections i personally have by renting out this way and what they do to remove the stress of it i decided to proceed.

I requested a couple of changes to the contract which michael was happy to make.
It has been rented for a number of months.
Having first met the new tenant when she viewed the property and once more a month later, i can honestly say i was shocked at how well cared the property is,
To the point i didn’t attend the quaterly visit.

If i ever have questions round the clock i send michael a message and receive a response within minutes.

I’ve recommended michael and signature staycation to a number of friend whom have now joined him.

This review has been written after six months of renting with michael and i couldn’t be happier with the service he provides.

I should also add i handed him the keys on a friday the following monday a tenant was in.

So no time wasted.
The rental income is also favourable in comparison to standard renting.

I can happily say this is the best service I have received from a company in a long time. Michel is a very professional and communicative person. He has taken the time and care to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I have now been renting a property with them for a couple of months. It was rented as soon as it was released to them and the whole process was overseen by Michael and went very smoothly. The property has already been inspected and I am extremely happy with the service I have received. Last week there was a leak from the bath drain that leaked onto the light fixture in the kitchen below. Michael attended the property immediately and sent me a video and photos of the problem. He then got the issue fixed within a couple of hours and again sent me a video and pictures of the repair. It was resolved quickly and professionally with no input from myself. The cost was also minimal and a fraction of what I would have paid using my normal plumber. So I have saved both time and money. I have been renting property for 20 years and this is the best management company I have ever dealt with. I was slightly dubious at first but can confidently say I have no doubts moving forward with this company. I am now in the process of renting another property with them. I highly recommend them and can honestly say if you are thinking of using their services you won’t be disappointed.
