I had a neck lift in March in the…
I had a neck lift in March in the Glasgow clinic. From the initial consultation, pre surgery assessment to surgery I was well informed, reassured and felt safe. The aftercare consists of phone calls 1 day after surgery, 1 week after, 6 weeks after then 12 weeks, which works well for me as I live so far away. You also send photos in to make sure everything is going as planned and when you leave the clinic, you are provided with an aftercare bag with antibiotics, compression garments and bandages with literature about how to look after your wounds and a timeline of what to do and what not to do.
I had local anaesthetic for my surgery, so I was awake throughout and didn't find it too stressful. The recovery was painful for me for the first 2 weeks and I wasn't prepared for the emotional rollercoaster either as I felt at times like I was never going to look like myself again, but thats just part of the healing process and now 8 weeks on I'm over the moon with the results.
All of the staff at the clinic were lovely and the surgeon was great, I couldn't have asked for more.
The only thing I think could have improved my experience was if there was a specific recovery room that I could have gone to after the surgery, even just for an hour to compose myself and have a cuppa. Once I was given my aftercare bag, I was told I could go, even though I was waiting for my lift to arrive from Cumbria and when I asked if I could wait somewhere, the only option I was given was to sit in the fluorescent lit waiting room looking the worst Id ever looked. I hope they implement this change for future patients- I will certainly be back!

Fantastic surgeon Mr Ahmed Alsayed
Fantastic surgeon Mr Ahmed Alsayed , truthful consultation discussing what could be achieved , I felt very confident that he would do a fantastic job , which he has , It is only 3 and a half weeks since my procedure , but the results are starting to show and I’m absolutely delighted with them .
My surgery was done under local anaesthetic , it was pain free and Dr Ahmed and his team made me feel so comfortable during it .
The Aftercare Team were fantastic , phoning regularly and discussing anything that concerned me , reassuring me that this was part of the process and they were so caring , they were correct , it was the process of healing and I’m absolutely delighted with my results and thoroughly recommend Signature Clinic !

PEOPLE OF COLOUR SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THE GLASGOW SIGNATURE CLINIC
I would give zero stars if I could. My experience at Glasgow Signature was extremely poor.
On arrival, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge me and simply pointed to where I should sit. I waited nearly two hours with no update—only to be told they were running late after I went back to ask.
There was further confusion when my name was called incorrectly, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Although one doctor was polite, the overall service was disappointing and pathetic!
During my consultation, Dr Ahmed was dismissive and did not take the time to listen to my concerns. I was told I would receive an email to book for the 25th, but this never happened.
Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. The way I was treated made me feel discriminated against, which is deeply concerning.
*My Advice to this Glasgow Signature is to Highlight on your Website That you Treat Certain Races so that We wont Waste Our Times Visiting Your Clinic!*

I had a great experience with dr carli and the team, both the nurses shifana and sana were great they had a good energy about them they were very caring and informative in regards to the procedure and after care. Dr carlo was fantastic from beginning to end, very polite informative and helped me make the best decision in terms of surgery choice. The procedure it self was quick he was reassuring through out and put my nerves at ease. Genuinely a lovely Dr. I would be happy to remember him for lower beloved surgery to anyone who needs it. on. An excellent experience all round
I’m now on day 5 post procedure (upper bleph) and I want to say a huge thank you to the team at Signature Clinic Birmingham. My dealings with the company from the very start have been so positive. The customer service is excellent. I was very well looked after by Dr Abdelhady, nurses Rose and Mary with the support of Gian. Everything was explained to me so well that my blood pressure actually lowered on the table! The op was painless. I look forward to the next few weeks and months when I know I’ll see a good result thanks to these guys.

I am a mature lady
I am a mature lady, after stresfull times throughout my life I decided it was time for me to do something for me. I had slight creasing under my eyes and slightly hooding on my eye lids, also the start of crepey neck. I was 66 at the time so looked good for my age.
I decide to go ahead and have the treatment done,after an online interview I paid half the deposit of £10.000 pounds. I was excited as the work being done was a full
face eye lift including eyes and neck. After the operation I feel a little dissapointed as I had this treartment to make my face tighter and get rid of under eye laughter lines but I am now suffering worse than before the operation as I still have water retention under my eyes which will cost thousands of pounds to treat and my forehead was never touched so I still have lines there. The surgeoen told me to have a laser treatment to remove the water retention that was not present before I had the face lift. I wish I had just had a laser treatment insead of the face lift as It would of worked out much cheaper and so much better for my skin
