Bought a kitchen faucet that had multiple significant defects. Their AI-serviced customer service is all talk. They had our plumber write a service report and yet we have not seen any support to date. Five-star reviews of this company seem implausible. We loved the faucet's design and didn't listen to our plumber who suggested using a more reliable brand.

I had not heard of Signature Faucets prior to my purchase. Reviews were great and specifications looked solid so I decided to try it.I am thrilled with the purchase. This is a heavy brass product, not your typical big box store “all show and no go variety.The quality of the finish is excellent. We are on a well so water pressure is just “ok” but the sprayer and faucet create a really strong stream which is a big plus for us.Last but not least this was the easiest faucet I have ever installed. It took longer to get the old one out than it did to install the Signature Faucets. The video instructions are well done.Great product and well priced. Highly recommend.
Signature Faucets is not willing to sell us a replacement pull down sprayer hose!!! This has been going on for over a month and our Signature Faucet "Victorian Single-Hole" kitchen faucet pull out spout hose is leaking under our cabinet. "Mary" with their customer service department told us that since we didn't buy directly from them, they can't help us even though I can find the exact same faucet on their website. All we want to do is purchase a replacement part!!! I really wish they would provide us with the part and better customer service!!!

Very cheaply made, problems from the start with a leaking tap (which then damaged our brand new worktops). Enquired and was sent a new "cartridge" to fit myself, it STILL leaks, I've now been sent a replacement which I will have to pay someone to come and fit and I'm not convinced it will be any better. Expected much better quality for the price.
Signature Faucets provided excellent customer service. They literally put "service" back into "Customer Service. I had a problem with the faucet handle (discoloration). I sent in a video per their request and they ended up sending a replacement. I'm grateful for how they handled my situation.
This company hides their return policy in fine print and they charge you a restocking fee when you return their garbage. The faucet we purchased was a cheaply made piece of junk that they pretend is on sale for half price. The faucet shouldn’t have been $100 to begin with and they charged $300 for it and then steal $20 from you when you return it. It also took multiple requests to finally get a return label issued

We bought touch faucet in 2021. Initially we loved it, but 6 month later the sensor stopped working. We requested help and got a new sensor. It stopped working in two month and blocked even manual function of faucet. Plumber fixed it ($120.00)
Costumer service offered us refund or new faucet. We loved our faucet, never mind all the problems it cause to us. We agreed for the new faucet to be replaced and again $120.00 to install it. Guess what? A month later the sensor stopped working. This time we asked for refund. And this is what we got for answer:

We understand your frustration about the sensor functionality issue. We want to assist in any possible way. We checked and confirmed that the sensor part replacement we sent to you the last time was for the original faucet. As per our technical expert's advice, a new sensor part will fix the problem and you do not have to call a plumber to change the sensor. Changing the sensor part doesn't require an expert to do the change. We have attached video instructions for reference. Removing the sensor and battery box is showing at 00:00:28 time stamp. While the sensor is not connected the faucet will work manually.
Also, please check if there are no pinched wires and make sure that the touch control box and battery box wires are isolated from the edges of the sink or should not touch any metal that may affect battery performance. Kindly use high-performance alkaline batteries, do not mix used with new ones. Keeping the lever in the off position while away can also help save battery life.
As we really would like to help you, in case you decide to use your faucet in a manual mode, we can request a special partial refund of 15% of the total amount paid.

So guys you shouldn't buy this kind of faucet, even though when it worked, we loved it....
I love the look of this faucet but it’s been very troublesome over the last year we’ve had it. It keeps turning off - both touch and manual don’t work sporadically. We keep changing batteries but it’s not even that. Not sure what to do!! It’s very annoying if the faucet stops work as you’re in the middle of washing dishes.

The faucet we purchased was fine, but it did not fit exactly as we had hoped on our sink. I initiated a return and received an email saying I would get another email with a shipping label within 48-72 hours. I have tried several times to get this email. I feel like the reply email is very generic and I am not sure it’s a human. No where on their website is an address or phone number. Very frustrating. I am going send a dispute to credit card company.

We're thrilled with our Imperium Touch Tap. It's so easy to use, and such a feature in our new kitchen. Fantastic quality and so affordable. The customer service team at Signature Faucets are efficient and great to deal with. Highly recommend this tap.
Received notification that our faucet was delivered. Tracking shows was delivered to Kansas and I live in Pennsylvania. There is no phone number to contact customer service. Sent several emails and have received no response except for canned “we will be in touch”. Never received response. Will need to dispute charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware!!!! Do not purchase from Signature Faucets. Doubtful they are a real company!!

As of right now I’m only giving them two stars. I purchased a touch faucet for my kitchen and it sporadically turns on and off. I would like to fix this however there is no one to speak to. Everything is through email and I don’t have time for that. I put in a request for someone to contact me via my phone number. We will see what happens. I will update in a week to see if they come through for me.
As you can see by the response from the company, they did come through and did the right thing. I change my rating from two stars to four

My Signature Faucet has now been installed. Simply put I LOVE IT. The sleek design, great sprayer, along with the tab on and off. My purchase of a slender brushed nickel. High-end quality faucet. Would definitely recommend and already have.
Signature faucets are top of the line! We have two sinks in our kitchen and I ordered the brushed gold and it is absolutely beautiful!! Their customer service is top notch as well! I absolutely would recommend them!
I bought a new faucet with touch sensor and the third day after installation the faucet wasn't working. I replaced the batteries for the sensor and got one more day of use before it did the exact same thing. There is no phone number to contact only through email that they say will be returned in 1-2 days. In the meantime, I don't have a working kitchen faucet. Totally unacceptable customer service. Wish I never purchased this!

Good product. No issues with the faucet. The support could be better. The support was not helpful with finding the status and whereabouts of my package.
Update: the support requested I submit a review here to get $30 gift card. When I submitted their form to complete it, they said they do not know how to assist me.
