I recently contacted Mark at Signature Home Solutions Ltd to discuss my needs in having my conservatory roof insulated. Mark arrived prompt and on time He wasn’t pushy and very easy to deal with. After accepting the quote he went above and beyond to install the old before Christmas. I can highly recommend Mark and his team of skilled workmen who were also polite and well mannered. There was no mess left whatsoever everything was tidied up. This company have done a excellent and first class job.

We had been looking for someone to come and replace the roof on our extention for the past few months but we were always getting fobbed off with various different reasons why it couldn't be done but then we got in touch with Mark who listened to what we wanted, came back with different ideas and then we finally settled on what we wanted! Within the initial meeting the communication with Mark was excellent - always ringing to update us on what was happening and in the end we ended up getting our roof replaced sooner than we originally thought! Ken and Paul came and over a few days the roof was completed, both Ken and Paul were lovely, friendly chatty people and were no bother at all whilst they were here! Mark's customer service is excellent! The finishing of the roof and plastering is excellent and the materials used are high quality and finished to perfection!

This company is very professional, Mark kept me informed from day one of the progress of my job. We had the felted flat roof on our conservatory replaced, with a sloped firestone rubber one and couldn’t be happier. The team have just completed the work to replace our porch flat roof, making the roof watertight again. Mark was super knowledgeable and helpful when he came out to quote and provided sound advice about the best materials to use. He provided an all-in quote from the outset - which is exactly what we have paid. No hidden extras. The team who actually did the work, led by the lovely Ethan, were polite, professional and friendly. They turned up exactly when they said they would and finished the job to a really high standard (even did a good job tidying up afterwards!). Would definitely recommend. So pleased with what they have done, have asked them back to build a car port on the side of the house and to do a roof repair to the main sloping roof.

Received a leaflet, no pushy salesman trying to tell me what I need. Got a quote and even better took advantage of the 20% off for NHS staff offer. New facias look incredible and makes my home look new again. Thank you very much would definitely use again and recommend.
