Brilliant service from Signet. I needed to find 3 carpentry items for my husband's birthday. Thankfully, they have a chat function on their website which allows you to ask for help in finding specific items. They were able to swiftly find the items I needed and were able to source an item not stocked on their website, which was extremely handy for me. We will be using them again.

Look like unprofessional company. Customer service is very poor. I ordered the part one month ago after chasing whole month they replied part that you ordered is short in the market. Still didn’t mention when were they going to deliver it. Very unreliable company I won’t recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

I can see that you chased delivery after 2 weeks and we confirmed there were some manufacturing issues with this part from the manufacturer however, we were expecting your item in the following week. This was within the 3 weeks we quoted. You have requested a refund which we have processed in full.
I am sorry you felt that we were unprofessional however, I can see that we have responded to you, and kept you up to date throughout the order process. so I do feel the 1 star is an unfair representation of the service you received.
