Fraudulent Junk Late Fees
I got a store credit card from Zales (Signet), apparently by a 3rd party called Comenity Bank. Nothing but a horrible scam.
They didn't send my bill for over 3 months, and then "lost" my next payment, taking on bogus late fees. On a $1,300 item, they somehow managed to charge $800 worth of "late fees". Commeity Bank has many similar complaints, and they refused to talk to me when I complained.
When I last complained to Signet's customer service, they just told me "too bad, thats not our problem, its a different company".
I don't know the exact contract they have, but watch out. Signet (Zales) and Commity are colluding and running some type of scam.

This site doesn't exist anymore. Paid for a card, which I got, also paid for 2 years replacement. Guess they got me, tried to replace expired card only to find they don't exist anymore.

Everything is sh*t from this company.I spent £120 on a gold card with a custom design and at first i was getting updates such as asking to send the photo i used for the design and and seeing my mock design and after i replied it looked great i havent got a reply since the 3rd of August and i have sent around 8 emails since then and no reply.The person that was emailing me was named sophie.
They just take the money, then stop Reply at mail
First time i ordered a golden card, there was no problem.
Then second time i order 2 golden cards, with different signatur.

They just E-mail me to confirm bouth orders, and then I never heard from them again.
No respons, no reply back on mail, NOTHING...
I send the order 28-07-2025
Got the first message 02-08-2025
And then never heard from them again.
Thats not professional...!!!
I still miss my 2 golden cards or my money back....
Sell and forget…
Sell and forget…. Initially the service was excellent, but when I needed a replacement card (already paid for) everyone vanished, emails go unanswered, phones never answered… absolute joke when it comes to aftercare. With hindsight, I would advise using one of their many competitors.
Diabolical service
Had 3 cards, 2 of them
Didn’t work. Because it was outside their 14 day return policy refused to rectify and offered me 15% off a new purchase. Haven’t responded to 14 different emails. Don’t answer the phone.

Started off great, then CRAP !
Started off great, helpful & informative, was initially impressed,
BUT once i purchased my card, with the promise that contactless function was a few months away, communication on all platforms ceased, no replies to my questions on my upgrade to contactless , very poor from a company that you need to trust enough to send your bank card to !

Sophie was amazing. And some other team members are great! Thanks so much. I love the service and will reinvest in a new card; once color, and tap pay is added to the process. Took longer than expected to get my card. And it isn't as bright (gold) as the picture that was sent. So I'm a touch disappointed. A little unsure on how it's shipped back etc. Unable to track... don't use the US postal service!

I have had my card over 7 months…
I have had my card over 7 months contactless has never work promised me they were upgrading and would be in touch I keep contacting them still no upgrade and now they have stopped replying don't bother with this unless product help by fixing the problem not telling me time

Black brass metal card
The metal card i received was excellent. It arrived looking better than i expected and the customer support were are great help. But during the process creating the card, i only had a complaint which was the slow response time. I usually had to wait 24hr for a reply to come, now i understood that if i want to make changes to the design it takes time to do it, so that isn't part of the complaint but more when i was asking questions regarding the card. But overall i am happy with the product and might buy it again in the future.
