Pretty bad quality products

Pretty bad quality products. Glued on fake leather casing that comes loose fast. Quality of letters is also not great and rubs off in a couple of months.

Pretty products though and quite cheap.

I orderd a laptopcase on the 18th of…

I orderd a laptopcase on the 18th of December and I did not received my package yet…
We are the 6th of January?? They say fast delivery…
They also do not answer on my emails..
The track and trace does not work!!!

Great cases and amazing customer service!

I have been ordering here for years now and I’m always very happy with the phone cases they sell. The one time I got a case that was a new model that I didn’t like. The customer service was so nice and actually sent me a new one Of the older model for free! I always get the case with the built-in card holder and it has saved my phone many times :) Highly recommend ordering your phone case here!

This website is a real and good place…

This website is a real and good place to order stuff to your phone! I orderes the wring phone case, and the only thing i had to do was write them a mail and we got it fixed up! I really appreciate theie custom service and theie helpfull workers☺️

Beautiful items and excellent service!

We are very happy with the items we ordered as gifts to employees. We also had some problems with one out of two packages due to a delivery mistake from Postnord. But after contacting customer service, they solved this promblem quickly for us and gave excellent service, which I really appriciated! I can really recommend SignofSweden and there products!

Had a mixup with my order

Had a mixup with my order, something went wrong, sent an email and the customer service was great on how they solved it! I have ordered from the website other times as well and always been greeted with good customer service

Still waiting for my cover😡…15 days and…

Still waiting for my cover😡…15 days and have heard nothing. Money was taken 2 minuter after ordering
130924: update recieved my money back since i have not recieved the cover due to problems with the delivery so Big thanks for that.

The price was high for the quality

The price was high for the quality. It started breaking after one year of normal use. Would not recommend.

22 days and no package. Money was charged instantly.

14. August 2023:
I ordered a card holder and chose the option to have a 5 letter name printed/embroided on it. I recieved an order confirmation on e-mail and the Money was instantly charged from my bank account.

16 august - i get an e-mail telling me the order had already Been made and send With post nord.

In the terms and condition from SignOfSweden i see the normal delivery time is 5-9 work days but in some occasions up to 15 work days.

Yesterday was the 15th work day from ordering and i havent recieved anything and customer service promised me delivery 1. September.

I have requested a Money refund or that my package Will be delivered monday next week - i havent recieved an answer and i start to Think its a scam and i Can see almost every review from others are similiar.

Wayyyy too overpriced

Wayyyy too overpriced for bad, cheap quality. Breaks easily even when careful. Looks already beaten up and half-assed on arrival. Could get better on Shein

DO NOT BUY.

Ordered two cases almost 3 weeks ago. After several mails and instagram dm’s, I still haven’t got any updates on the order. Didn’t receive the order either. Don’t buy here, I don’t recommend.

Don't buy from this site

Don't buy from this site. You won't get your cover, and they will charge you. I keep getting emails about if i want to change the color of an ordered case, as the one I bought is sold out. I want to cancel the order if I can't get the one I paid for, but they are not able to cancel orders...

Bought 2 phone covers and a laptop…

Bought 2 phone covers and a laptop protector. One of the phone covers was broken on arrival. I sent a message that day with the pictures but only got automatic responses and after several mails a generic mail that I could get a replacement but would have to pay 9 euros extra myself. Not fair and I would like to be reimbursed for the phone protector that was broken on arrival.

Awfull quality!!!

Awfull quality!!!
I just wasted €45.
The phone case looks cheap, is poorly made and stinks of plastic.
I got sent the wrong sized case as well.
The customer service is terrible.
I was in contact with Richard, who was unfriendly and arrogant.
It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mom, but would be ashamed to gift it to her. Never again!!
