I was skeptical purchasing signage for my business online without physically looking at it but it turned out great. I was able to upload my logo into their website and edited to my size and preference. I knew which material to choose as a background since I already had another aluminum signage. Overall great experience and recommend them

I was nervous to order a sign online from a company on another continent (I own a marketing company in New York) but I’m SO glad I did. The design team was extremely helpful via email after I uploaded my artwork. They communicated back and forth with me until the resolution of the artwork was crystal clear. My client thrilled with his brand new outdoor business sign, which is a huge, aluminum circular sign that we had mounted on outdoor brick for his beauty salon.

Not only that, but other clients of mine now want new outdoor signage as well. I will absolutely be using signomatic moving forward. There are a ton of local, Hamptons-based sign companies; however, NONE of them come close to the quality of Signomatic. Plus, the amount of money my client saved by taking a chance on this company was over $1,000.

I totally recommend this company and encourage anyone else who’s on the fence to take a chance. Signomatic is legitimate & is the best custom sign company I’ve done business with. So happy!!!

It took 10 days to get the sign with a paid international express service.

Work and shipment were very slow. I did not use the sign because it arrived late. This is not if you need something quickly. Wasted money for the express delivery.

Designing the signs online was simple yet the system allowed for detailed customization to the smallest detail.
My order arrived in a few days in a very sturdy and secure package.
I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Signomatic anytime to anyone. Currently I am preparing to place another order of custom signs.

I originally reviewed this company in a negative way as a result of the delay in receiving my order - which incidentally never arrived. However, when notified of this, they very quickly (and efficiently!) and without any dispute sent a replacement order via a different delivery method which duly arrived....so mission accomplished! Excellent Customer Service! The item I ordered was about 2 weeks late arriving (due to mail issues not due to the production and dispatch of the item). I contacted customer service, who was very prompt in responding to me and offered to replace the item; however, I opted to wait a few more days, and the item was finally delivered. I was most appreciative of the prompt and courteous response to my emails regarding my item.
